Paid company for pool and deck construction. Pool and deck work was completed to Gray Dolphin Pools standard and communication has ended. Multiple tiles on deck are cracked, sunk in or raised and need to be replaced. Multiple text messages phone calls and voice mails left with company. When a response is given its a lie and nobody shows up to do the work. Have been lied to for months now and no work has been done.

Gray Dolphin Pools has been in business for over 20 years and prides itself in its top quality workmanship and customer service. Customer did communicate to sales rep issue with pavers and a work order was issued. The homeowner did also contact our office on 8/30/21 and was advised work order was done however do to rains we had not been able to go and make the necessary repairs. Repairs were completed as of week of September 27,2021. Gray Dolphin warranties their work and will not and has never left a job incomplete. The owner, not the sales rep contacted me after receiving the complaint from the BBB. Prior to that I had contacted 4 different individuals within the company with no response, left multiple messages, and there was no mention of the work not being able to be completed due to rain or any other information. Contact completely stopped from reps who I had contacted throughout pool construction and I left multiple messages with the office stating the even being a military veteran this was more frustrating than my deployments. I was informed by the owner after he received the complaint that I should have asked to speak with him. Again, 4 reps from the company, no response since I sent messages in early August. Nothing until a BBB complaint was filed and then a worker came out that same day to check all the work that needed to be completed and a team was sent out the day after to complete the work. Any type of response from a company rep during that time would have been sufficient but there was not one. I wouldn't call that top quality customer service.
