      I used Tel3 for over 10 ******** is no longer working on any of the phone numbers that I have found. Also can't contact them through their web site or email.

      I had been using Tel3 for over 20 yrs., and approx. 6 months ago (May 2024) when I went to make a long distance call, I could no longer make calls as it appears the access numbers no longer work. I refilled my account in June 2023 based on a promo email I was sent from the company that would give me twice the amount of minutes, giving me well over 2000 minutes on my account. I still had a balance of over approx. $35 on my account at the time I refilled my account which would have give me a total balance of over $55.

      I subscribed to Tel3 an international phone service and have a balance of $115. It seems they have closed operations and I am trying to get my money refunded

      I have been using "Tel3Advantage" for ten years or so, more or less without problems. Suddenly the access numbers don't work anymore, neither the service hotline. I still have a substantial credit (about $50 on my account to make international/local calls). For the past few months none of their local access or toll-free numbers have been working, which I can't access anymore, the login to the website is gone. Actually, the whole website is gone. I cannot make any calls; cannot contact customer service by phone or even access my account. Any help would bd greatly appreciated.I just want my money back. The full refund, plus compensation for all the hassle and inconvenience it has caused to me. I even sent an email on the 11th of April 2024 to the customer service, and this is what they responded: If it is necessary I can forward that email to you I click to those link that appears in their response, but those links are errors TEL3 Support TEL3 Logo Ticket #********: I would like to know why my account is not active....Hi ,Thank you for contacting us about this issue.       I have been using Tel3 formerly Tel3advantage to make pre-paid international calls for years. Recently I attempted to make calls again but none of the numbers I have saved worked. Their contact information on the website is non functional. I still have balance in my account and now can't be used.

      I have been using tel3 for ten years or so, more or less without problems. Suddenly the access numbers don't work anymore, neither the service hotline. I still have $25 plus change on my account, which I can't access anymore, the login to the website is gone. Actually the whole website is gone. The web is full of complaints about these scammers. :(

      II have been a TEL3 customer for 12+ years and still have a substantial credit to make international calls. For the past few months none of their local access or toll-free numbers have been working. I cannot make any calls; cannot contact customer service by phone or email or even access my account.       The last few times I tried to call my brother in ******* using Tel3 Advantage I got a message that all circuits were busy. These attempts were made over the course of 2 weeks and included weekdays, weekends at different times during the day. The message included the fact that I had $40.00+ remaining. I have called the company and tried to contact them by email. I was not successful either way. I have had good service for quite a few years until recently.

      Hello,My name is ***********************, I leave in *********, but my sister leave in *******. I used to call her every Sunday, until April 21, 2024, using a TEL3 company.Since then I am not able to call my sister in *******, who is 89 years old, and sick. If I call I call the TEL3 number: ************** the answer I get: A party you have called, not accepting calls at this time. If I call a local TEL3 number ************** number, the answer I get: All circuits are busy now.The hungarian land line number I am trying to call is: *****************, and I am using my land line to make the call, which is **************. Is the TEL3 number changed, are they no longer in business? I am not able to find any answer, on their website TEL3.com, I am not able to login Can you please help me find the answer, I still have over 300 minutes to use on their system.Thank you ***********************

      I am unable to get international phone access with Tel3 number, get into my online account, reach customer assistance, get to a ********************** website, or find any information about the monies I have paid Tel3 for international phone access.
