              The last few times I tried to call my brother in ******* using Tel3 Advantage I got a message that all circuits were busy. These attempts were made over the course of 2 weeks and included weekdays, weekends at different times during the day. The message included the fact that I had $40.00+ remaining. I have called the company and tried to contact them by email. I was not successful either way. I have had good service for quite a few years until recently.

              Guys, I read online that Cuentas bought TEL 3 and that Cuentas is some kind of financial organization to help the underserved population. Both TEL 3 and Cuentas are headquartered in *****, *******. Remember how TEL 3 would send emails to its customers offering bonus points? They would give us a key word to type in on our account pages in their website for the bonus points. Usually it was like 25EXTRA or something simple for 25% in bonus points . Towards the end there when they started to offer huge bonuses with the purchase of points, they went to 100% bonus points and said we should type in the word CUENTAS for the bonus. Then they offered 200% bonus points, 300% bonus points . . . all the way up to 600% bonus points! I asked myself then, "what is going on here?" But I was sucked into it also because of they're great past record. I was a customer for many years. I think they were sitting on about $ 400. from me because I always liked to have a lot of backup points. When the huge bonus point offers started, they made calling cost more to everywhere, so therefore the points would go really quick!
