We contracted with Granite Transformations of Little Rock for a countertop and backsplash. This is their corporate office. Granite Transformations have failed and refused to complete the job, even though they have been paid nearly $10,000. I have called the corporate office numerous times and no one calls me back. The owner of the *********** location has repeatedly lied to us about the status of the project. The only thing corporate has done is tell ****************** to call us. Apparently, corporate doesn't think this is their problem. They are wrong. When we file a lawsuit, it will not just be ****************** on the complaint, it will be corporate to. We have already sent a demand letter to ******************. Fix this now or just refund the money that we owe so we can find another contractor..Initial Complaint

Granite Transformations has replaced my countertops and backsplash three separate times due to faulty craftsmanship in addition to material defects. During the most recent replacement, re-plumbing work and gas stove re-connection resulted in a gas leak traced back to a supply line issue beneath the cabinet that was directly related to them pulling my stove out.During the cabinet refacing, holes were cut in five separate cabinets where they installed electrical receptacles in the back of the cabinets without considering the existing wiring. The use of double-sided tape for LED lights, instead of an appropriate track and diffuser, has led to continuous issues with the LED's hanging off the bottom of the cabinets. Significant cabinet trim and finish problems also still remain unaddressed.Despite apologies from senior managers, including *********************, *****************************, ***********************, and *********************, our kitchen remains incomplete. *************************, the office manager, and *********************************, Director of Operations, have continued to be unresponsive for extended periods and have offered no resolution other than a small reimbursement amounting to $1,200. Efforts to contact ********************* (GM), *************************** (VP Franchise Operations), went unanswered. ************************* ************************** Manager) initially assured me that she would follow-up after receiving the images of our kitchen but has since, ignored all email and phone calls. Despite filing a complaint with the ** Attorney General, Granite Transformations continues to evade responsibility, providing zero reimbursement as of February 2024.Granite Transformations' lack of accountability, poor communication, and substandard workmanship have left our kitchen incomplete and visually unappealing. I have close to 50 photos showing the subpar workmanship and material defects but can only upload 5MB worth. I am happy to email what was sent to Granite Transformations a Rocksolid Granite USA LLC company if requested.Initial Complaint

Contract with Granite Transformations was signed April 29th 2023.It states we ordered a low divide sink which we did not get. I made numerous phone calls after installation about the sink. And no one ever contacted me about a partial refund which was the only thing that made sense to do at that point. We have chipping in the countertops. I don't know how the chips happened. I have made several phone calls and left messages. But no one ever returns my call.Initial Complaint

My ex-husband and I are planning on selling our house within a month and we've already booked and paid for these renovations since before the summer time. The contractor on the project no longer works for the company and didn't notify us of this. So we've been waiting for months to hear back on progress of product delivery and scheduling for someone to come out and install the countertops. Now, I'm trying to call the company and cannot get through to anyone. I reached out to *************************** (contractor who resigned from the company suddenly), and he just gave me the number to the front desk. This is highly unprofessional and I'd like for this to be handled immediately. Thank you.Business Response

The customer was requested to submit a copy of her original contract but has not submitted it as she stated she does not have it. When asked for proof of payments in April, customer send a screenshot that was black. When asked in April for her to resend, nothing was received. A couple weeks back customer sent more screenshots with no amounts or are so small that when enlarged they are blurry and not legible. Any warranty work requires a copy of the contract and proof of payment. At this time an assessment for repair cannot be done until proper proof of purchase is provided.
