    The roses are always beautiful and hold up well even during the hot months. I have been using global rose for several years and have not been disappointed. I am asked frequently by my family to provide flower arrangements and this time it was an engagement party.

    After reviewing our records, we can confirm that your order was delivered on July 3, but we were not contacted or notified of any issues with the roses at that time. Had we been informed within the required time frame, we would have been glad to provide hydration tips or other assistance to help the flowers perk up, as our products often arrive slightly dehydrated due to their journey from the greenhouse and typically open beautifully after proper care.


    Please note that our claims policy clearly states that customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving their order so that we can evaluate the situation and offer a timely solution. Unfortunately, since we were not contacted, we were unable to assist or resolve the issue.

    Flowers arrived the day i asked . A week later and they are still beautiful!I gave 4 stars because I asked for help to pick the quantity and didn't get a helpful answer.

    On time shipping and they didnt require as bunch lead time to place the order as the membership bulk store. Glad they exist and the petals were beautiful. We used this for our Eucharistic Procession for ************** Sunday. It was splendid!!

    Ordered the pink petals. I got notifications of shipping and updates on arrival. The petals arrived on time and we used them for my mom's 85th birthday luncheon. They were beautiful and in good condition. Well preserved. Even though I was not able to refrigerate once they arrived because the box was too big to fit in the refrigerator. I could have opened it and stored the petals in their 4 individual boxes but I did not know they were packaged that way. I still put (not ice) but cooler packs around it to keep it as cool as possible. All in all, very satisfied with the on time delivery and the quality.
