      My Derma Dream neck device just stopped vibrating but it still lit up with all three colors. My device was under warranty. I did send a video showing that it was not working and completed the troubleshooting directions. Joy in customer service was very helpful and replaced my device free of charge and free shipping.

      I ordered this device, received but had difficulty figuring it out since the directions were only for the face and not the arms. I messaged numerous times and finally heard back from Kath who was outstanding in her responses. Kath answered all my questions quickly and now I am hoping the device gives me the results I'm looking for. We will see. Thank you Kath!!

      I placed my order today 5/1/25. My payment was declined by my bank because they believed it to be *****. I clarified with them that it was my purchase. I wasn't aware that they put the payment through so I redid the order and put the the payment on my credit card. Well TWO orders went through. I spoke with someone from the company within 5 or 10 minutes. When she said I had 2 orders I explained what happened. She said one order would be canceled. Well it wasn't. They took the money from my bank account as well as charging my credit card. I called them and told them they took 2 payments. She put my call through to someone else and that person disconnected the call. The first person I spoke with was supposed to call me at 8:00 tonight eastern time. It is now 9:31 and NO ONE called. First thing tomorrow I'm going to can my bank and file a complaint of *****. I will also be calling my credit card company and report *****. These people WILL NOT get away with their ****. BTW. There is no customer review submission terms. I couldn't submit this without checking the box. I checked it but I DID NOT read or even see review submission terms. I hope this saves others from this ****

      Once we became aware that a duplicate order had gone through, we took immediate steps to cancel the duplicate and submit a refund request for the payment made through your bank.

      ******** helped me get a replacement device after emailing them about the charger port breaking off. I am receiving the Myoglow in place of the Microsculpt device, which is no longer available. All done through email which is better than phone calls, for me anyway.

      Jonamae was very helpful. I had decided to cancel my order during the timeframe of 59 minutes. I sent an email requesting cancellation after they acknowledged my request the product was sent anyway. I made phone calls then request a full refund and free shipping to return the product but was told I would be responsible for shipping and a 30% restocking fee. Just didnt seem fair. I kept trying to explain that I should not be responsible for any fees since I requested cancellation in time. Jonamae stepped up to the plate and told me I would be receiving a refund and I could also keep the productive . Hopefully I will see the refund on my statement within the next 7 days. I appreciate Jonamae for stepping up and taking care of the cancellation issue.Thank you Jonamae
