    Worst travel booking experience ever.I purchased 2 round trip tickets through MyTrip 4 months ago. My flight leaves in 2 days. I just received a ****** notification that my flight is canceled. I called the airline. They let me know that the flights (departure and arrival) were both canceled a month ago. The airline sent texts and emails to advise passengers. But I didn't get a message, because MyTrip provided a fake email and phone number upon booking with the airline. The reason that they don't want people to see what they actually paid for the tickets. The airline forwarded me the emails they sent to back up their claim.Of course, MyTrip did not refund me. Nor did they alert me that the flights were canceled. After reading the other reviews here, I simply went straight to my credit card company and disputed the charge. I'll never use them again!

    Terrible, unprofessional and scam artists. Because they stuffed up my flight booking, I had to buy a new airline ticket out of my pocket.

    Had a confirmed reservation. They had it canceled the next day. Had to rebook it at different place and pay $500 more just to keep my confirmed schedule unchanged. Will never use their service in the future. Very unreliable

    Worst experience ever!I purchased a ticket in January 2022 for ***** About a month ago I received an email that my flight was cancelled and I could pay mytrip to deal with it. I stupidly, thought they were a travel agent but when I read the fine print I saw they were just a ticketing agent. OK. I dealt with it myself. Made my changes. All good. Earlier this week I found out I have COVID. Luckily I had purchased cancellation insurance for 90% of my ticket cost. In talking with Mytrip I was told that my ticket was listed as "exchange" and not "open" and that I needed to ask the airline to change the status. I did. They did. I went back to Mytrip. I called again. Nice guy said all good! He cancelled it and I'd see the voucher in 5-7 days. I bought a new ticket thru another airline. About 2 hours ago, 12 hours before my original flight I got an email saying that because the ticket was exchange , and I contacted the company myself, I am no longer eligible for the refund. And of course, no one could help me on the call . My fight was cancelled (by Mytrip so I can't even make a change, if I wanted to.) As of this minute I lost the price of the flight, the travel insurance because I can't change the dates, and the price of the cancellation insurance. I hope this helps someone else from falling into this sham! And it is.

    Even if the flight is canceled, much fee will be charged for the refund.Customer support is unfriendly and we may wait tens of minutes in chat.

    First of all, I'm sorry to all the people who have had bad experiences with Mytrip but given the overwhelmingly negative bias of the reviews, I feel compelled to share a positive experience I had with them. I realized moments after I pressed the confirm booking button for the tickets, that I accidentally booked a trip from ************************************** instead of ******** ********** (the airport codes are *** and SJC). I was stricken with fear, not least of all because of all of the negative reviews, that I would not get a customer service rep on the line, let alone one who would hear me out and issue a refund. But within 2 minutes I had a very nice customer service agent from ****** who heard my story and immediately sent me a cancellation notification with the promise of a full refund. I feel very grateful to this customer service agent and *********************** because they did so despite not having a 24-hour free cancellation policy advertised (which I think they should have). My experience shows me that they are making efforts to amend their reputation and I want to honor that.

    Dealing with this company has been one of the worst and most frustrating experiences of my life. I booked a flight to ***** in January, leaving late April. In March I received an email saying the airline had changed the flight. I then proceeded to spend 17 hours over the course of a month being transferred from one department to another or on hold with them.I was offered a new flight, two weeks before my departure I had still not received confirmation. I tried to cancel, only to be transferred to a dial tone repeatedly. I had to book a new, last minute flight, at double the cost of the original. I am currently going through my credit card company to get a refund, and they are STILL disputing that they rendered the purchased services.Avoid like the plague.
