We hired Manny's Fence to install a new fence for our house. We purchased a Durafence and we were told this is the top of the line fence and the fence is supposed to last a lifetime. We paid 9800.00 for the fence . They installed the fence and 3weeks later a panel in the front that locks the gate blew off the hinges.We have called the number on the contract numerous times .Noone ever answers and we have left 5 messages with the issue and our call back #. To date we have yet to receive a call back from them. I left a message that if I didn't hear back I would be filing a complaint with the BBB and still no one has contacted us. We need them to come out and fix the panel properly and another panel in the same area that is not secure. They have been paid in full and now they can't even call us to set up a time when they will come out preferably asap to fix the panels. This company is very unprofessional and we now feel we have been scammed by them. The workmanship and quality of the product is cheap and we can't believe that the whole panel came off the hinges with in 3 weeks .We were told the product is to last a lifetime..if they don't come out and fix the fence we will be filing a complaint with the city of Miami Dade County. We are very unhappy with the lack of professionalism and workmanship and quality of there product. They need to do quality work and fix there problems or they should not be allowed to continue doing business. We hope the BBB can help us get this resolved in a very timely manner ..
