    I received their product on 8/15/2025 but my ** advised me not to use it because it has ingredients that can increase the risk of bleeding since I take NSAD (anti-inflamatories).Also it has led.The product has not been open and I am requesting a refund and instructions of how to send it back and after 3 e-mails to them, so far all I got is a promise ti reply within 24 hrs.

    I had one excellent experience with Vital Nutritive. I had ordered one of their products by mistake. Their Customer Service Department was immediately responsive to my inquiry and guided me through to a favorable conclusion. I was offered a very satisfying solution of receiving the product I wanted with no cost to me. Thank you, Vital Nutritive Support staff. **** * ******

    After I ordered this shelf stable probiotic my herbalist suggested a better product is a refrigerated probiotic. I contacted this company telling them when my order arrives I want to return it unopened so I can purchase this other product. They responded saying to keep it and they would refund 30%? I told them I needed my money back which is over ******. Now they are not responding to me. I sent another email asking how to return it. I am not happy with this company. I should be allowed to get my money back right?

    While I have only just started taking my hair care capsules, I am beyond happy with Jessa in customer service. She reached out to me even though I hadn't expressed a problem. We had real conversations, not AI gibberish. I'm very hopeful to see hair results in 30 to 60 days, but I'm confident that Jessa will be with me the whole way to offer kind, knowledgeable help!

    If I could give a minus 5, I would. First off, when I got the product and before I opened it, I looked at the ingredients which were in very small type and hard to read. When I got to the part where there was a lead warning, I decided that it was a good idea to return the product unopened. I have been unsuccessfully trying to get in touch with customer service ever since. Heres their canned reply:Hi there!Thank you for reaching out! Weve received your message and our team is on it ??.You can typically expect a response within 24 hours, but during weekends and holidays, it might take us a little longer.? In the meantime, if you need quick answers, feel free to check out our FAQ section you might find just what you're looking for!Rest assured, well get back to you as soon as we return.     I have been taking the Vital Hair Complex for two years and cannot say enough about this magical supplement! I struggled with hair growth from years of straightening and coloring my hair. However, after consistently taking these supplements (two every day), my hair has grown over 6 inches and is incredibly healthy. I am so happy with the results. 10/10 recommend!

    DANGER DANGER! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! The company posts fraudulent reviews, including a false representation of a Consumer Reports review of the product.The company does not respond to request for a refund, despite that fact that they advertise "full refund within 60 days" on their web site.
