    Placed order online one month ago (Jan. 22). On Jan. 24 received an email saying there are "delays because of unexpected, severe weather conditions". Three weeks ago I checked again via email and got a reply saying company generally responds in 24 hours. That never happened. The only phone number I could find online for the company was in *********** **. I called that number three times and left a message. Their voice mail greeting said they generally respond within 24 ours. Never got a response. I am unable to get any info about my order. At this point, I want to cancel it and get money back.

    Ordered product for hairloss on January 20, ****. Emailed inquiry on product status on January 30th. Got canned thank you response. Texted/emailed multiple times and got no response, not even a shipping number. Gave up after a month and filed charge dispute with my bank. Noted many similar reviews recently on company's ******** page. Please don't order from this company.
