Please do not order from this company, go to ****'s instead. Not only did their website not have the right information regarding which location was open, they also didn't inform me that it was delivery only so I showed up at both locations without them telling me anything. I never got the cake and I was promised a refund for weeks. So they kept the money I paid them and did not provide me with a cake. If you want your money stolen then go ahead and book here but stay far away as possible if you can!

Total Frauds! Never delivered my wedding cake and stole my money. Never refunded me. Ive reported them to ************* and now BBB. Stay away!

I honestly do not do these types of things but I feel like I should address this to everyone whosever thinking about purchasing a cake from this place. I paid for a service to be completed and delivered to my location. The party was starting at 2PM, this people at that same time the party started texted me stating that they had a delayed but that my cake was arriving; my cake never arrived, I waited since 2PM all the way to 7PM for the cake. I was being lied the whole entire time about how the cake was arriving shortly when the cake never left the store that day. I requested for them to send me my money the same way I sent it to them through Zelle and they started making excuses how they dont use zelle but accepted my money!. Since, Saturday 10/1/2022; I am still waiting for my refund, they keep lying to me telling me they going to send it and they never do!! They sent me a fake screenshot of the first zelle transaction that i never received!!. These people play with your feelings, with your money and time. They make up the dumbest excuses ever to not refund you! I will take this to my lawyer because the damages that they have caused are irreparable. I wasn't able to sign happy birthday to my daughter on her first birthday!!! And now keeping my money without refunding m without completing the service, is called STEALING!!!
