I had my consalution on 5/9/2023 in the amount of $50 I was advised I was approved for the program, and someone will call me the next date. On **** I was contacted and paid $297 for services; I was advised would only take 2 weeks for me to receive. 2 weeks went by I first sent a message on the portal, after a few days I called since I did not get a response- although it says they respond within 24 hours. The Guy I spoke with advise that there was a delay but I would be receiving this by the end of the week. I waited again, end of the week came portal not updated, I called unfortunately I got the same guy, he also confirmed that he had spoken with me the other day- I asked him what is going on. As I still had not received my order. He proceeds to tell me again there was another delay and it would be the week of the 18th. At this point I am upset. Ive been ran around and ran around. This company does not call, email or text you about anything. They expect you to just forget you placed an order with them. The guy advise he will follow up and give me a call, but i should see my portal moving and the pharmacist just needs to sign off on it now. I felt like this guy has just been telling me lies to get me off the phone. So again, I advise okay. I would really like for someone to review these calls that work there in upper management, because some people there This guy after while just gets rude and ugly and very unprofessional.I started calling back to back at this point because I kept getting the same person or someone who was rude. Yes, I am upset at this point who would not be. MD exam tells nothing but lies and make clients have to go to these measures to get a real resolution. I asked for supervisors, and I was told they did not have any.. Listen to the call you will hear it plain as day. I was assured after everything that has happened over the weeks i would have my prescription by the 18th, im tired give me my money i will go elsewhere. NO product no refund????Business Response

On June 8 my credit card was charged for my June monthly delivery. I never received it. When I called in the 21st I was it would be shipped that week. When it wasnt I called back but the number no longer takes calls. When I called a direct support line I had used in the past it was no longer in service The patient portal the main number tells tiy to use has no information and neither does ******* who responds in the chat, just that its being investigated. I had my consultation on may 26th 2023, stating it would be 2 weeks to receive my medication, they charged me for 3 months supply and stated it would be there in 2 weeks, it has been over a month, I have sent 7 emails, and have used the patient portal to contact them with no response, there phone number provided has a message stating to use the patient portal or email, there is no option to speak with anyone for customer service, they charged me again on June 26th, and I have no way of contacting anyone, they have erased my ******** comments when I attempted to warn people about the business, this has been extremely frustratingBusiness Response

Signed up for services online and scheduled a virtual consultation on 6/18 at a cost of $50. Paid $300 for medication on 6/18. Online portal indicates I have paid for these services (invoices attached) yet it indicates "no orders placed". I have tried using the chat feature on 6/28 to inquire, but never received a response (screenshot attached). I have sent two emails to the company and no response has been received beyond automated weekly "check-in" emails, which most recently indicate I am on the second full week of their program. I completed my first purchase with this company in March 2023. It took a little longer to receive my prescription but it did eventually get to me. I was charged in April for my second order and that order was received within 10 day. My problem now is that I was charged on May 25th for my third order and have yet to receive it as of today, June 30. I sent messages to chat and email and never received a response to any of those inquiries leading up to June 20. On June 20, I was finally able to speak to someone on the phone. They said that the order would be processed and to me by the end of June. There is still no tracking information and no order has been received. I called the number today and they are not taking phone calls today. I sent a chat and have yet to hear from them. I have disputed my May payment in the amount of $297 with my credit card company. I was told on June 20 that they would charge me again on July 3. I shouldn't be charged for anything else until I receive my May order. I want my May payment reversed and I want to cancel any future orders with this company. They do not respond very quickly to any correspondence.Business Response

Had my initial consult with MD Exam on May30.2023 was charged the $50 fee. Ordered the Game Changer ODT 3 months ,was charged on May 31,2023 $675.00. After waiting I called *********** spoke with ***** and was told there were technical difficulties ,because on my patient portal it had no order placed, no instructions but the money status was paid. He assured me it was ordered and was on its way, sent an email with his contact. I sent emails on the 27 and 29 to him no response. I tired calling the number but recording states to send email ,it does not connect to person. Sent email on the 27 and 29 on the websites chat room, no response. I also sent email on 29 to the web site reaching out to patient success team, no response. However on June 22 I received an email about it being my first week and then again on the 29 about my second week , I sent reply to both emails stating I never received my product, no response. I even tried calling the number for their address ************ ,however voice mail was full so could not leave message. On 6/29 I sent a testimonial email explaining that I never received product and thought it is a scam ,I received an e mail thanking me for my testimonial. I have been receiving weight loss mediation from MD Exam since October 2022 and have had trouble with almost every shipment. There will be a delay between every shipment with no communication despite the fact they already charged me. I run out of medication before I get my next shipment. I paid for a prescription for the product on June 1 and have yet to receive anything. This is the third time it has happened only once that I actually receive the product.
