    Our records show that an ER visit from April 19, 2021 has an outstanding balance.  ******* Revenue Group is an external collection agency that was contracted by our facility in an attempt to collect this debt.  If you believe the ER visit is not accurate or does not belong to you, please reach out to our billing office at *************.

    This company has violated the hippa Law and cause such harm with my credit report and defamation of charter. It also cause me to lose on purchase of new home. This reported on my credit report on Feb 19,2022

    According to our records, Ms. ******** account has been paid in full and at no time was in arrears. We wouldn't have reported any information to credit bureaus. In the event that she had balances that had been turned over for collections, any report made on monies owed is not considered a HIPAA violation. Please ask complainant to provide any additional clarifying information as we see no outstanding balances at this time.
