5 starsI can’t say enough good things about Quality Roofing! John was insanely compassionate, ethical, and overall amazing! We were basically scammed when buying our house and mislead by a roofing inspector that ensured our roof had 6 years of life left. Nope. 1 month in we noticed water spots growing on the ceiling so upon reddit recommendations we called Quality! Well there was a hole in our roof and several missing shingles and rotted wood panels. John was so empathetic for us and also frustrated on our behalf that this roof passed inspection. He gave us a wonderful price on a new roof and they were so easy to work with, especially us having to scramble for financing, because we had literally bought the house a month prior! Chris was our quality assurance rep and he was SOOO efficient and diligent with updates during the process to make sure we were happy with the results!! He sent consistent updates with photos during the whole process!!! I highly HIGHLY recommend Qualify Roofing!! They are a company with ethics and integrity!!Review fromKris L

Working with this company was a breeze. They showed up on time for the initial appointment and had a quote out within 72 hrs. I was on the schedule less than 3 weeks out. They were so efficient and clean. I have had a previous property done and nails and a huge mess were everywhere. Fast, honest, clean, and efficient. BELIEVE YOU ME!! This is an excellent team of experts to work with from the beginning of the project to the end. From the office, to the workers. ALL of them were very friendly. The name of the company speaks for itself. They were full of life and seem to enjoy working together. 3 starsWould've given 3.5 if I could. Overall satisfied with the look of the roof, but didn't receive a 4 or 5 Star service... not close. They started off losing my paperwork, blame me, then realized they had it. Cost me a one-week delay. Job should've started late July, ending up changing dates several times, finally started on August 12th. Subpar cleanup, my daughter step on nail in the yard after they supposedly cleaned up. I picked up several more days later. Debris left around the yard in plain site. Charge me an additional $1800 for decking and flashing which I was never informed of or shown photos as promised. Thought for sure I was getting hurricane clips to help lower my insurance premium, but didn't.... that one was on me for not reading the fine print! Not hear to bash the company, but wouldn't use them again.Review fromRick H

While certainly not an economical choice, the workmanship was good. I had problems with my roof deck and they contracted to replace the deck as required. They ended up replacing the entire deck and it might have been necessary but nobody mentioned it to me until the job was over. The crew left the back porch full of debris and it was five days before they came back to clean up. I had just received a gorilla multi purpose ladder for my birthday from my daughter. It was there when the job started but neither it or my 10' step ladder were there when they left. I can't say they stole it but it was stolen during their time at my house. They, of course, denied any knowledge.Quality Roofing

Quality Roofing staff was very professional and dependable. They showed up on time, made sure the outside areas of my home were covered and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards.
