      My flight was scheduled to leave at 7:30 pm and my husband and I got to the airport at 6:36 Pm. We couldn't get our tickets because the agent told us the doors were closing in 10 minutes! I have contacted spirit and my bank multiple times, and they will not refund my money because the airlines said we pulled a no show! This is the worst airlines and worst customer services! I need my money back now!

      They cheated me out my money they did not extend my tickets when I called to speak to the supervisor they had Beyonce play all in the background the people were laughing I asked the lady Jessica was she laughing at me she said she was a supervisor and she gave me her employee ID number like that help this is my first time ever book and plane tickets and when I called and spoke and spoke with them I told him I wasn't feeling well and I still like to use my tickets I'll go and check the website they just cancel my stuff out and took my money so not fair

      The staff at Fort Lauderdale airport did not send my luggage over for me to have when I arrived at Punta Cana. No one at spirit airlines customer support was able to help me with locating my luggage. Spirit airlines has made my trip a nightmare. I’m stuck in Punta Cana walking around in the same clothes from the day before because I don’t have any luggage. No one has discussed how I will be compensated for this happening to me. This is such a disaster for me.

      Spirit cancelled my flight from the Virgin Islands and left me with no way home. Had to spend a lot of money to catch a flight from another island. When I asked for any type of compensation or free baggage or upgrade, I was told there was nothing they could do, multiple times. I will never fly Spirit Airlines again, and I don't recommend them to anyone. It's worth your time and money to pay for a better airline.

      Baggage office opened at 4am it’s now 5:32am called customer service 4 times still no one. I can literally see my luggage! Also damaged my daughters stroller NEVER AGAIN

      I am a senior citizen. I made these reservations to attend a memorial service in Michigan. After I made them they kept on changing my reservation until it was changed to a time so late that I could not get a pickup from my relatives. During the Chat session they said they would refund my money, which I needed for another flight…. Later I found out it was a “lie” and they only applied funds for future flights. This type of thing needs to be address to protect our senior citizens. Some type of warning against this airlines for lying and deceptive practices needs to be published make seniors aware.

      I decided to use Spirit air to have my employee flight from Las Vegas to Miami. We booked 4 seats. One of my employees got into a car accident and can not fly . I called the airline and in attempt to place a different employee in his position to fly. they cancelled the original hurt employee and credited the flight saying that I can now book for the other employee to flight instead. Please note I also bought insurance just incase anything would happen. When I tried to book the other person in the flight they mention that I cannot us the refund credit because its not the same person. It was all booked under my credit card. They said that I should book a separate flight , what happen to my money? So no refund I never used them before nor will I ever again, they are ******* stay the **** away from this company. No budget fare is worth the BS. I bought flight insurance for this and never mattered nor could they just change the passengers name out to another. They suck and I want my money back any suggestions please
