I went to Guru Auto Sales to purchase a vehicle, after test driving the engine line came on and they told me they would fix the issue then ship the car back to me. Upon receiving the vehicle, the car started to shake and a strong gasoline order started to come out everytime I start car. I took the car for service at Cadillac and they said I needed a new engine, I reported this to the dealership and they ignored me, I think tried to get the car registered with the *** and it cannot pass state inspection because the state requirements are not met and the vehicle is not up to state standard. The dealership has blocked my number, and is no longer responding to my attempts to revolve this issue. I contacted the bank, and since they have still not received the transfer of ownership they contacted the dealership, the dealership manager then contracted me and asked me to make false documents to get the vehicle approved by state law and regulations.Initial Complaint

Guru Auto Sales, is running more than auto sales at their location. They are also involved with home repair and contracting services out of the auto business *************** Auto stole $18,500 from me, it was a payment made for home remodeling repairs (see letter attached). Please also refer to another complaint #******** filed by my home remodeling contractor who was defrauded by ***** from Guru Auto as well.I also filed a police report on this matter.Initial Complaint

I WORK WITH THIS PEOPLE SINCE FEBRUARY 2023 AND AUGUST 2023.SELLING CARS MY NAME IS *************************** ********** ON JULY ********************* OWNER OF THE COMPANY HE TOLD ME WHY DONT ****************** TOGETHER I WAS A SUBCONTRACTOR, HIS FATHER TOLD ME IM A GENERAL CONTRACTOR I HAD AN CONTRACT AND ***** TOLD ME SEND THE MONEY TO MY ACCOUNT, THAT WAS A ********************** ACCOUNT NOT A CONSTRUCTION COMPANY HE TOOK FROM ME AND MY CLIENT ***** DOLLARS AND HE NEVER RETURN.CASE NUMBER ************ HE SCAM TO ME BECAUSE HE USED HIS DEALER ACCOUNT TO DO CONSTRUCTION BUSINESS AND MY CLIENT SENT HIM 18000.I WANT TO GO OVER THIS GUY AND REVIEW HIS LICENCE.I WORKED WITH HIM 7 MONTHS AND I SEE THAT HE SCAM PEOPLE. I HAVE A CLIENT THAT ***** SOLD A CAR WITH BAD TRANSMITION AND I HAVE ALL IN TEXT THAT I TELL HIM HE TOLD ME LET HIM GO SO TOMORROW HE CANNOT RETURN HIS CAR AND WE CAN GIVE HIM ANOTHER CAR BUT NO THE MONEY, I HAVE THE CLIENT WHO CAN TESTIFY THIS WAS LIKE THIS AND THIS PEOPLE SCAM . THEY HAVE OVER 20 POLICE REPORTS EACH YEAR. PLEASE I WANT TO STOP PEOPLE LIKE THIS. PLEASE SOMBODY CALL ME WE CAN GO OVER THE CLAIM AND CHECK MY CLIENT AND ME SENT THE MONEY TO HIS DEALER ACCOUNT. i been working for this people from february to august as a sales person.
********************* the owner and his father lie to me about they say they are general contractors so we can work together.
they have a company o a website call y3developers.
with the dealer address.
this yarim convence me to open a bank account and do some work together and i deposit in his bank account **** and my client deposit ***** more
he supost to make an account together and transfer the money from the dealer to the construction business
he didnt do this
he lay to me
he took my money and my client money
we have a police report and we are taking him to the court.
i can provide you a case number if you need.
i would like to review the case and make actions if you can close his license i can be a witness,
he still the money from people and he use his dealer bank account for this
i think this is ilegal no?
please someone call me **********
i want my money back and i want this people go to jail and close the business
also i have this week a meeting with the police for few thignsy that they sold a car with a broken transmition to a client and they knew this.
and they didnt want to give the money back to him and he has to take another car.
this people has more then 10 police reports in a year
you can go and check with the police about this
please help me to stop this scam people.

I was told I would receive the car on April 21st. I was told the car was still not ready that day and I did not end up receiving the car until April 27th at 6pm. When I received the car I saw many sensors were on with mechanical issues I was not disclosed about. I was told the car was a clean title but it appears to look as though it was in a big accident. The windshield wipers did not work and I almost crashed when it was raining. The car tires are missing bolts and the car is not aligned. I believe the dealership, GURU AUTO SALES, is doing fraud with this vehicle. I have attached some photos of the condition this car was in when given to me.Initial Complaint

Goodafternoon, My Name Is *************************** I Paid **** for a car that was broken the day I signed the contract I didn't leave with the car I left the next day and the same day that I left with the car the car started acting up and I had my three kids in the car five three and one years old I've been to their mechanics several times four or five times and nothing is working I offered to give the car back and they would rather fix the card and you know take it back and another problem I have is that the documents that I signed weren't the actual documents it's like they Forge my signature on a new contract but I don't have the old documents you know that's the problem but I know what I sign you know and they also made mistakes on the documents cuz I read what I signed the first time and I noticed that this wasn't the actual contract that I signed but you know of course in the Court's eyes it would seem like I signed it but I signed a whole different document they told me they would have to adjust it cuz they had the wrong make and model of the car and now I'm in a hole if you guys can please just return the money back they took the car I don't have a car I need to get my kids to and from school and I need to get to work please if you guys can do something here are the photos. I Got The Car on the 10th of This Month . Hello, ******** purchased this vehicle and came back to the dealership the very next day stating that she wanted to upgrade to another vehicle. We explained to ******** the bank wouldnt approve her for the finance amount on the other vehicle. ******** got really upset and ask for her money back when we have a binding contract. The customer took the vehicle back home and starting calling everyday saying all kind of things were wrong with the vehicle.
The customer had no valid reason to cancel the deal other than she wanted to upgrade the vehicle after only having the first car for 1 day. The customer also tried to dispute her down payment with the bank while having the car in her possession stating that we charged her card without her permission when she used her PIN number for the down payment. The dealership didnt do anything wrong other than try to help this customer.

I am rejecting this response because:Most Of It Was Lies And I Don't Know Where They Got Their Information From But It Was All False I Have Messages From The Same day I Drove Off With The Car The Car Was Been Bad Because It started flickering ******** on The Dashboard And I didn't Have The Car yet Plenty Of People Told Me About Them but I Still Went Otherwise and Didn't Listen And ALSO I CALLED THEM AND ASKED THEM FOR DOCUMENTS TO GIVE 2 THE INSURANCE COMPANY STATING THAT I NOLONGER HAVE THE *** IN MY POSSESSION AND THEY TOLD ME THAT I WOULD HAVE TO TAKE DOWN THIS COMPLAINT WHICH I DONT WANT TO BECAUSE THIS IS HOW I FEEL FORREAL AND THIS IS WHAT IVE BEEN GO THROUGH WITH THEM . MY PARENTS ARE WITNESSES.

On May 2,2022 I went to purchase a vechile and it was a ***** Camaro 2015 but when I called the insurance they told me its not 2015 its 2014 I told owner he claim it was error I then took the car and paid $2000 as down payment and they told me I would need extra $1000 down payment so they broke up the down payment. But I brought the car back because it was giving me issues with the suspension the owner and the owner dad was arguing with me because he was so upset because I brought the car back so they decided to put me in another car after I requested for my money back they was refusing to give me the money because they kept saying that you sign a paper that says a** is so they put me in another car they gave me a ******************************************************************************************************************************************************************* it can be repaired so I let them know I gave them a copy of the diagnostic and they fixed it in within one day couple of days go by the engine light come back on and they told me OK because it has a valve leak they say they was going to fix it within one day they told me the car was fixed so I got the car I drove it for about a week and now the engine light is on and it says engine power reduced I didnt called them back and they gave me grief about oh I cannot have the car key getting towed I dont know which what you want me to tell you arm were going to send it to another mechanic to have it fixed but my thing is every time I get the car back its the engine light is on my guess is they just patching up the work theyre not fixing the car and they do not want to give me my money back I do not want to get into another car because this is the second car and there keep telling me oh you would never get your money back which I know my loss this is not right theyre putting these cars on the lot and not telling people the truth and then when you ask for a Carfax theyre giving you the ******Business response

Lokkel ***** purchased a vehicle from Guru Auto Sales not his girlfriend and every other day she was calling about every little issue, which we explained to her we cant discuss anything with her and that he must come into the dealership. When the customer came in we explained to him that he purchased a used vehicle As Is not a new vehicle and we cant give him new tires, etc. He continued to complain about the vehicle, therefore we switched this customer into another vehicle trying to make him happy. Regardless of what we did this customer still wasnt happy. The reason being was because he really didnt want to move forward with the loan due to a dispute him and the girlfriend had, so he kept complaining about everything to try and get the deposit back. All deposits are non- refundable and he signed a contract, therefore we cant give him any money back.
