      2/19/25 Ordered a recliner from **********, this is the selling company. The chair up/down remote works. The heat/massage remote DOES NOT WORK. Then they sent the wrong remote, then they said they do not have the correct remote. Then they said they will refund me $223 for my troubles. THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED AS OF 4/12/25!! They wanted the chair returned in the original box, we had to cut the box and could not return in it. Plus, what will she sit in? Why can't they just send the correct remote from another chair? I have complied with all of their request and in sending a video of the remote NOT WORKING. I have been back and forth with emails about this, always a different person's name on a reply with promises to expedite my matter, none of this has happened. They made the offer of a partial refund for all of the hassles but never did that. This was a purchase ***************, so shame on them for letting a company rip me off with a chair that does not work 100 % as advertised!

      Picture was a full table and 6 chairs. was sent 2 chairs and after going back on they deleted the evidence of having the table and chairs on there but i have a picture of what it looked like before. requested to return it and get a refund as a need a table and chairs not just two chairs and they want me to pay $97 in shipping cost after already spending $160. they are refusing to give me a shipping label or my money back

      I bought a club chair from OJCommerce in December, 2024 and it arrived damaged . . after looking at the box and the inside padding, it was clear that the damage occurred during shipping. I found OJCommerce to be helpful and responsive in my return of the chair. They did offer the opportunity for me to accept the chair for a discount and, while I appreciated that, I wanted to return the chair. I appreciated how engaged OJCommerce was and, ultimately, their willingness to take the chair back. I would buy again from OJCommerce.

      We purchased 2 adjustable XLTwin beds (which added up to a king) via homedepo.com. we didn't set them up right away due to the fact that we were working on our house. When we did set them up somehow 1 of the remote controls was misplaced. After days of searching I contacted the company requesting to buy a replacement only to discover that they do not sell replacement remotes for the beds. I do not recommend buying anything from this company. There customer service leaves much to be desired as well. No concern for their customers either.

      They ****. They do not stand beside their products. And when the mess up they want you to pay to have the item returned to them. They blame me as a customer for the issues. And ut happened 0on their end. But they keep blaming me. They are no help at all. They do not care about their customers at all.

      Buyer beware! Horrible to do business with. Item damaged when it arrived and half of the order was missing. Did not recieve in the time frame as promised. Requested a refund and they refuse to give one.

      I bought a cat tree/condo from them They took my money and a week later I get an email from them saying they ran out of them and will refund me when they initiate a cancellation. 7 Days later and they still having initiated a cancellation and tell me to be patient and keep on waiting. Then they keep on sending me 5 of the same generic e-mails all saying the same. Thing, even after I called them.Buyer Beware with this company. Don't buy from them....or you too will experience the same thing. I will now have my Bank go after them and get their Merchant account taken away for fraud.

      All I can say is shame on them. Received a defective rattan dining bench. They acknowledged the issue because I sent pictures and I havent heard from them since. I lost my husband a few months ago and I dont have the energy to fight them. So I feel completely scammed. $1200 down the toilet.

      I do not recommend this supplier. They have terrible customer service. I placed an order, then turned around and cancelled it so I could order the right size and they would not cancel it. They went ahead and shipped it anyway, despite my cancellation. The order could not have been processed and shipped within that time *************, terrible customer service! I would not place any orders with them.
