This man promised to do a job for me at my home. Friday - He stated he had vehicle problems and asked me to pay in full which I had agreed. He was supposed to return in the morning. Never did. Stated his supplier didnt have supplies. Fast forward to the next Friday still no answer no show. Finally he called and stated he hurt his back. Promised to show Monday and no show no answer again. Come to find out I sent the money to his baby mama maybe for his child support. Do not use this company or believe anything he says. He stole $750 from me

I guess that I am another one of those that gave money to this thief *********************, I trusted him money based on a small job he have done for me in the past, and because is my next block neighbor, this time around the job was a little bigger, was contracted on a Friday I agreed to give him $200.00 cash, of which he gave me a receipt looking all professional, by Sunday he texted wanting more money against the deal we made, I asked to refund my money, but he promised to come on Wednesday to start the job, on Wednesday he said to wait until Friday, and here we are on Friday and doesn't answer the phone. Is ashame that a ***************** like ********************* that owns a business would act like a thief, I regret not looking at the reviews before hirering him, but I am trying to warn whomever will get acros this individual. Looks like he is in desperate need for money as he put his reputation a sticker price of $200.00. Poor guy!!!

This is not an angry post, I am a real estate investors and some contractors tries time to time to scam other people.This is what **** owner from Sprinkler Express Services do.The process will be the same:Over-selling pretending time is money and that he can do the job quick. Amount requested is usually the same around $1,500.Will ask you for a down payment for materials, and will ask to do it asap.Finally **** will find excuses not to come whether it is because of (1) supplier or (2) truck issues. Note that supplies and materials are very basic, we are talking about pipes and a pump.It is very disappointing to still see small contractors run their business this way.

Do not hire this company. The owner is a scammer looking to take your deposit. After seeing the good ****** review rating and talking to ****, the owner, I paid him 50% of the quoted price for a sprinkler system installation. Two weeks after the agreed start date, he showed up and dug trenches for a couple hours until the machine broke. Over the next few months, it was nothing but false promises to return and excuses as to why he didn't show up.I told him I was going to get another service to finish the job and needed my money back. He agreed to refund my money, but said he needed to "return materials" (I doubt the materials were ever purchased) and needed 3-5 business days to get the money in his account. A week later he said his account was frozen for suspicious activity and couldn't return my money. He has since stopped answering my texts.I now am going through small claims court to get my money back.Please protect yourself and do not send this guy your money.

This company is a scam. He does not have a business license and will take your money! He is super abusive and does drugs thats why he doesnt finish most projects he starts!

When I first made conatct with the owner Jose of Sprinkler Express, he's seems enthusiastic and ready to begin my project. He kept the consultation appointment. He received his down payment as Agreed (I KEPT MY WORD) and an appointment was set. THAT date was reset for a "supply chain issue." Very convenient. Another date was rescheduled. On said rescheduled date, I received a text (A TEXT) wanting to reschedule AGAIN. Yet ANOTHER date was set. I looked at his Instagram Account and he posted a picture that said " POSTED 3 HOURS AGO." Really??!! He text me with excuses.. I sent a screenshot of HIS post to him and he was LIVID. WHY??!! It's was HIS post. He immediately gave me a refund. THAT'S EXACTLY where it WAS going for me too. A GREAT move! He sent my an angry text about him not playing games.On the receing end, I couldn't tell he wasn't playing games with the cancellation texts and the post of him working with customers while he canceled my appointment. The second cancellation. He then HAD the utter audacity to call my phone after the the refund. I wasn't a customer ANYMORE. Was he going to tell me off?? No... There WAS NOTHING he WAS going to say to me. NOTHING! Unprofessionalism at it's best. There would have been NO search IF Jose would've kept his word, but HE didn't. Sprinklers Express was a referral with good extensions. WORST REFERRAL EVER!!! NASTY ATTITUDE!! WORST REFERRAL EVER!! NASTY ATTITUDE!! Reading his reviews you'll see he's done the cancellation/rescheduling on others too. We can't please everyone SEEMS to be his mantra. Its what Jose owner of Sprinkler Express comments. It's after the bad reviews. Customers FIRST. Not at Sprinklers Express. WORST REFERRAL EVER!
