            I went in for an initial visit and cleaning. I went through with normal procedure of X-rays and then headed to a room for my cleaning. Where I was told that I did not qualify for a cleaning and that I would need a deeper cleaning. The deeper cleaning would cost $250. I opted to not get that. I was extremely disappointed. Fast forward and I get the claims from insurance and I noticed every single claim for my X-rays were not covered. This company deliberately charges more for each X-ray picture. The grand total was $800. I have never paid for X-rays. After looking thru other peoples comments about this company i discovered that this is something that THEY do. It is fraud. And now im stuck with a bill that I had no clue I would have. I should NOT have to pay for this bill and what they are doing in that office is straight fraud. Over charging and filing fraudulent claims. Not a single claim was covered! No need to clean teeth when they are running this type of fraud. Cleaning teeth and charging is just the icing on the cake.

            Total scam. Told me I needed 30,000 dollars worth of work. Second opinion said that was completely unnecessary. Decided to switch dentists and called to get a refund outside the 48 hour cancellation window for the consultation with their oral surgeon and was told that I would not receive a refund. I was assured several time by Carlos ******** that I would receive a refund if I cancelled outside of 48 hours. This is the same person who refused to provide my refund. Terrible company.
