The customer came into the store blaming ** for pre existing issues characteristic of his specific make and model car.
The customer became loud and disruptive in the midst of other paying customers and his violent threatening actions led to the Collier ************************** being called and after reviewing video footage a trespassing warrant was issued and he is not to have contact with us in any way shape or form.
His aggressive actions caused customers to leave after not listening to us attempting to resolve his issues in a professional manner.

I am rejecting this response because:?I was never given a warrant for trespass. The records are public. He called the police but his request to charge me with trespass was rejected since I had reason to be there due to him telling me to come back so they could remedy the mistakes they made on my vehicle and that he had no grounds for them to charge me for trespassing. I was never the aggressor. There is video showing the truth. Him not wanting to remedy the issues he caused. He wanted me to pay for them. He broke my headliner board panel, the handle for my sunroof (he even glue it back without telling me anything). There was residue and adhesive left all over my car and he wanted me to pay to remedy the poor work. He later reveals his distaste for the company I work for and that he also hates black people doing buisness. This was strange to me as he was also black. He yelled the entire time, cursed at me multiple times and even threatened me.? I also find it strange that he mentions that as part of the non-existing warrant, I am not to have contact with him or the company whatsoever but he still contacted me on a social app called Nextdoor on January/8th/2023 saying he would repair whatever Im unhappy with and that the ball was in my court. I have attached a copy of the screenshot. He then became a moderator on the app by joining the (review team) and got my post removed. *** attached a screenshot of his profile on the app revealing this as well. I want a refund and for them to cover the repair costs of the damages they added.
Sincerely,
