I waited over two weeks for a service appointment at this 'place'. When I arrived today there were multiple autos in the service 'queue' so i waited patiently for a service person to assist. After 40 minutes no one came to help me. I should have know better. The last service visit was for a starter problem that they couldn't find. ' No Problem' they said. I['m old and I can't afford to have my car not start in a parking lot late at night. I told them to replace the starter motor because I may be old but I'm a automotive expert that knows what's, what. No problem since. Today....'Our Name Means A Great Deal'......well, sorry but their name means a 'RAW DEAL'. I digress...the 'starter problem'.....they replaced the starter motor; cost......$880.00. The cost of the starter motor by part and model # on line was $87.00. Look it up on Rock Auto. **** Hyundai SantaFe starter motor.. According to the Hyundai website this is a 'flat rate' one hour repair. So, this technician made $800. for the company for one hour's worth of labor. Swell.I paid the bill. Great, the car is old with very few miles, I'm old and have two vehicles and drive little. Recently the SantaFe's battery light started flickering and/or staying on while driving. I called Tamiami Hyundai to make a appointment for service. Holy ****, 2-1/2 weeks to get the car in. Well, I didn't like that but have another car so I made the appt. Today, 2-1/2 weeks later, after leaving the Hyundai sit in the garage because the battery won't charge I drove to Tamiami Hyundai for one of those 'Great Deals'. What I got was a 'Raw Deal'! Got there at 2;55 (appt. was for 3:00), was busy with half dozen vehicles backed-up at the service entrance. Moved the vehicle per one of the service dolts and then took a seat outside with the car waiting for someone/anyone to come help. After approximately 40 minutes with no service I said 'ENOUGH'!!!
