            I purchased some face serum for 172 dollars . I applied a tiny bit to my forehead, and it felt like acid on my skin causing blisters. I immediately sent it back explaining my situation. They told me they do not refund an opened product and for me to go see a physician! In all my 63 years I have never encountered this very poor customer support. Please assist.             I purchased two Eminence moisturizer's from SkinMedix on 12/26/23. To date I have never received the products. I've tried to contact this company by phone but their website does not list one, thus I've had to correspond via email to get any help. SkinMedix insisted that the package was delivered but it was not. The USPS tracking data showed it was delivered to my town and zip code but not to my specific address, yet SkinMedix has never given me proof of delivery from USPS. In fact, SkinMedix claimed that USPS misdelivered the package and claimed they put in a request to have USPS redeliver the product. As an aside, USPS does not redeliver lost packages, they typically request that you put in a claim for the value of the missing products and give you a refund. Right now I am out $106 dollars for this product and can't get any resolution.
