    Around December 1st North American neutra charged my debit card ****** for something that chase **** had blocked and I was told I needed to call or inform ********** that I wanted to make this charge well after I found out it was blocked and did research on the company I did not want the products therefore I did not call them they went ahead and charge the card 2 weeks later unbeknownst to me I received the product I'm sending it back and I want a full refund their business practices are horrible I called to complain about it was hung up by some guy.

    It appears that the transaction that occurred on 11/26/2024 was the result of a subscription order for the product Ceremin. This subscription has since been cancelled and this customer will no longer be charged.

    A return of the unused product was received by our fulfillment center and a credit was subsequently issued as listed below.

    My 93 yo dad (******) received an unsolicited package of ? meds. I (daughter) contacted the sender who refused to listen that my dad did NOT order these pills. They spoke over me the entire time and insisted he ordered them. My dad would not order these things. He is extremely hard of hearing and is not able to complete something like this. To the best of our knowledge he did not authorize any payment.

    I ordered three bottles of Ceremin brain health supplement online on Aug 16 2024. The money has been taken from my bank account. I have not reciever product, tracking, We call customer service and get a recording that they have no one available and we are directed to email. It is now been 48 hours since we sent an email and Ive only received an automated response. Would like a full refund back to the original credit card used for payment.

    5/19/24 Ordered supplement on their web site. Paid by credit card. Contacted them in late June ******************************************* 3-4 weeks. Called again on 7/23/24 and requested refund. Individual on phone was rude and would not let me speak to anyone else. Was told it would take time for refund. As of today I have not rec'd a refund. My credit card has been replaced and a credit back to it is not possible. How can a company advertise a product that they do not have???

    Upon reviewing the order details for this customer it appears that there is a prefix of *** attached to their name, I have attached a screenshot of the details in our system. We have requested information from our advertising department to find out why this distinction does not appear on materials sent to the customer.

    In addition a Return Merchandise Authorization number has been issued (197191611998582227)and in good faith that this customer will return their product a credit has been issued for the purchase price of the order.

    Ordered 4 bottles of Botonic Super Foods on 2/2/24. Company cashed check days later, never sent product. Always claims item is in warehouse and wait 6 to 8 weeks. Called once last week and this week. Was hung up on both times. (It was the same customer service rep both times). Want the product or a full refund immediately. (Company still sends ads in the mail.)
