  I had my teeth removed and paid for implants and dentures. They were not very clear about the process and have been extremely unprofessional. I got the procedure done in February of 2022 and still have yet to receive my full set of permanent dentures. I've exhausted most of my paid time off of work on dental visits trying to get out of pain and discomfort to little to no success. I was told I needed to have more dental work done before they were able to give me my permanent dentures which is something I was not made aware of to begin with and do not have the financial means to do which is why I went the denture route to begin with. I begged them to give me my top permanent dentures which they obliged but they do not fit and are causing me to have mouth sores and headaches. I called within the ****************************************************************** hopes of getting out of pain. I was met by an irate Dr who told them to refuse me service and that I was past the 100 day guarantee and they would not fix them for free. After that she told me to leave and threatened to call the cops on me. I still do not have my full set of dentures and I live in discomfort every day. I disputed the charge with the credit institution that the loan is through but they want me to try and go back but I don't feel like I can. She has repeatedly been rude to me and after threating to call the cops on me I don't feel welcomed. Now I'm out my money and have to pay someone else to do this if that's even a possibility. Please help me!

  I had a partial denture made and it does not fit have been back 5 times and they still fall out even while talking they are very rude and refuse to make new partial that fits. Paid $1200.00 for them

  The patient has a cast metal partial that has so warranty and the patient did sign the consent form stating that. As stated above, after her delivery she's only been in twice (not five) to address the issue that she had and left happy at her last visit. I've attached at document above stating just that.. The patient did not mention remaking her partial at all.  All issues were addressed at the last appointment and I think that she just didn't want to come back due to the drive. Our consents state that we do not refund partials due to transportation issues. We were respectful to the patient and she was not towards us. She's upset because we would not refund her.
