  We strive to do the best job we can. The summer is hot and the techs aren’t perfect, especially when the temps are pushing 100 degrees. One of the techs did miss the blowing of this customers back patio pad. We were not hired to de weed any rock beds only to cut turf grass. We sharpen blades daily and practice using only the best available equipment on the market. Our business is intensely laborious and all of the techs are trained well. It’s unfortunate that this issue couldn’t be worked out but we will learn and be better with every negative complaint. That being said the unhappy customer does have a financial responsibility to us and the proper channels have been routed to settle that dispute.

  We hired this company to take care of our lawn maintenance. At first they were ok but quickly became very sloppy with their work. They never took the weedwacker along the fence line so we constantly had huge amounts of overgrowth into our rock bed. They would always blow the debris into our screened pool area so we always had a large amount of cleanup that we had to do every time they came out. Our grass always appeared uneven as though they never sharpened their mowers blades. My husband complained about this multiple times but mother ever improved. I had to hire another company to fix my lawn 2 days after they were just here so I finally said enough. I finally decided to fire them last week but was told I still had to pay for the entire month. I dont mind paying the weeks we still had them this month but having to pay them for work they didnt do is just wrong especially when I had to dish out money to pay another company to cut my grass like it was supposed to be in the first place. Very disappointing
