    This company is full of scammers and liars, sold me a vehicle with a bad transmission also sold a federal and state illegal truck with no emissions and told me it only had exhaust work done. They will not take the vehicle back or help with paying any of the repairs. They will not send me my paperwork of where I sign for the vehicle or my contact, are now dodging my phone calls. Is company also will not send me money that is owed to me for a check that was written over the actual amount. This company never to be shut down and employees in jail!!

    Jacob's Mitsubishi is the absolute worst dealership to buy a used car. I bought a used Chevrolet Corvette, 2016 model and the managers including the general manager whose names are Mark, Ray S**** and Rodney D****** assured me that scratches and other body damage to the car would be professionally repaired. To date they have not addressed this issue and have overcharged me. They refused to take my calls and never call me back. I am at a loss as to what to do and will be forced to sue them in court

    Do not buy any vehicle from ***** Mitsubishi **********************. This is the worst dealership I ever dealt with in my life. They scammers the liar, they dont take care of the problem. They sell you brand new car that are lemons and they dont want to fix the problem. Run away from this place.

    If I could leave no starts, I would! Please do not bypass these low rankings. Everything these people have said in the reviews is certainly true. They scam, they lie, they don’t answer or get back to you. It hasn’t even been a whole month of doing business with this dealership. Let’s start from the beginning.. In June, my husband and I drove 5 HOURS from Georgia to trade in and purchase a used vehicle. Everything was planned out and discussed with the dealership before hand. The dealership communicated with us well. They sent us videos and pictures through text because we were so far away and wanted to see everything before making the drive. In those texts and voicemails, they told us and advertised the marketed vehicle as a higher, more expensive trim level. Well, come to find out AFTER we purchase the vehicle and leave, we look up or vehicle by the VIN and it is in fact not what they told us or had us sign paperwork for. It’s the very lowest trim. So we call and call to get an answer, we want to know what car we have. The first guy we get ahold of answers, says “it must be a typo” and hangs up the phone mid sentence! So we keep calling because we still don’t have an answer. They do the whole “we will transfer you to this person” and then they hang up. So we gave up. But now it’s time to call them about getting another temporary tag that they promised us while signing paperwork. The one given to us expires in a few days and we need another one, because we still haven’t gotten our registration in the mail yet. It took us 2 HOURS to get ahold of someone from the partnered dealership that could help us. Before that, they hung up on us multiple times, transferred us to a disconnected line, they told us someone else had to do it. This dealership is an absolute scam and they have the poorest customer service. I think everyone who works there needs to have more training or better supervision because something is off about this place. Stay away or go somewhere else!

    I highly reccomend Jacobs Mitsubishi and salesman *******, ******* went over and above to insure the transaction went smoothly as i am in *******. I highly reccomend that potential customers see *******. He is highly knowledgable, outstanding communication. I purchased my vehicle online and had it shipped to *******. I just cannot say enough good things about ******* and the team at Jacobs Mitsubishi. No question about it, i will buy my next car from them.

    RUN RUN RUN from this dealership! One of the biggest regrets in my life was dealing with this so unprofessional scamming lemon selling place. They will ask and play nice about leaving them a review the day you buy the vehicle just to help their ratings so it hides all the true hard working people that got scammed and screwed. I don’t even know where to start. They never call you back to resolve the issue that was promised during the sells process. My car is still leaking from the doors not the top. The took the cheap route and talk the hard work guy that work on my top and repaired it correctly to super glue the pieces back together and bend the bars back instead of replacing with new ones on my top. Thankfully the guy is very nice and sent me all the videos and evidence of this. Now my car needs a new transmission less then 60 days of having ( not to mention they had my car for a bout a week so really not 60 days). The finance guy lied and tried to get me to sign some documents after the fact and said the bank required it my lawyer said not to and we contacted the bank and they said they have no idea of this document and don’t sign it. Also the finance guy lied on the extended warranty, he said I was getting coverage on my transmission engine and more that was not true and also said bank required it the bank said no. So I went and got the extended warranty with Chevy. Who in fact said this dealership is know for scamming and selling lemons. Josh will never call you back claims no one tells him when in fact I was standing next to a rep there when they were talking to him and told him. There is so much more I could go on about but this dealership needs to have their license revoked and shutdown. I was very very patient and tried my hardest not to leave a review but this has gone to far and don’t want anyone else to go through what I have.

    Recently I spent several hours negotiating to purchase a 2019 Audi RS5 VIN *****************. Upon having the vehicle inspected it was brought to my attention that the original factory exhaust was replaced with a cheap aftermarket one. One of the wheels was warped and a window seal was leaking. It seems very unlikely that these items were not found during the dealership's inspection of the vehicle. Furthermore, they're advertising the vehicle with Dual Stainless Steel ************************* Finisher which is not accurate.In my opinion this is false advertising and had I known a $4,000 major component of the vehicle had been removed I would have not spent the hours negotiating a purchase. I would also not have incurred the inspection cost of $281.40. I reached out to the general manager to request a refund of the inspection fee. He had a low level manager, ****, call and berate me. **** admitted he had not read the inspection report and claimed their cars are safe and sold "as-is". I was completely okay with purchasing the vehicle "as-is" but the car is not safe with a warped wheel and the vehicle advertisement that I had responded to was false and misleading.

    ??Ten cuidado con este lugar si eres hispano fui el 28 de diciembre y llev mi antiguo carro traje el nuevo para mi casa *************************************************************************** cay un mujer diciendo que tengo que pagar $600 para poder sacar mis cosas ********* trato de entender porque lo recogieron y dicen que el banco no me aprob y se que es mentira porque el banco hasta me felicito por mi nuevo auto tuve que llamar la polica porque no queran decirme dnde estaban mis cosas y que quiero ver un documento donde diga que no fui aprobada me dijeron uno que dice que el da 12 de enero el banco no me aprob pero mi contrato dice que tienen 48 horas para dejarme saber lo cual nunca recib llamadas ni **** conclusin me qued sin el viejo y sin el nuevo carro hay mano sucia ten cuidado hispano??

    They are sorry!!!! at all but I understand that it is part of your protocol to write what you really do not feel, I am sorry that they have not carefully read what the contract says because they hurt me a lot all this time in front of the police I am upset that Yes, I am approved and here is the document that you gave me the day you did not want to tell me where my belongings were on the 12th, according to you, the bank denied me but you contradict yourself by making a list of what, according to you, you would return my new car to me, I left you the information. from my sister because you said that her credit would also help me when we arrived the next day you were not there and to my surprise even though you had worked on our case I want you to give me back my old car that's all
