Dear Customer. Fortunately for our office we keep dedicated records for all transactions. You signed a contract (see attached contract) with us to work with you to get coverage for your roof after a hail storm. At which time you had three days to cancel said contract and you didn't. We then went to work for you to get your roof covered by your insurance company ALLSTATE. We worked with an attorney at your request to litigate against your insurance company and you were informed on multiple occasions of this. However, you never signed up with them to take the case. We decided to help you go another route and use our Public Adjusting firm that we work with regularly to get your roof covered for you. After month's of work and time spent, the Public Adjuster was able to finally succeeded in winning your case and we were all able to bring this case to resolution, as per contracted. Now, you have the money and you have decided to breech the contract with us and go with another company to do your roof. This is why there is a 25% liquidated damages clause in every contract so people with low morals can't s**** us over after we do all the work. Contracts are contracts and you signed one and we abided by said contract but you now think your above that and this is why we are taking you to court. Either pay your 25% liquidated damages plus attorney fees or we will see you in court. Have a nice dayBusiness Response

Here is the answer to all of your problems. You signed a contract for us to help you get your roof covered from a hail storm. ********************** denied you in your attempts to get it covered so you went with Sun Coast Roofing to get it taken care of. We went to work for you only after you signed the CONTRACT. After which we used all of our tools to create a claim that not only our attorney used but also all of the information that the Public Adjuster that we have in our stable was able to use to get your roof finally covered after being rejected before. We had our team work for you to get this resolved for you and now you act like we were not instrumental in getting this done. The good thing about a contract is that we will have our day in court and with all the nonsense aside, the law is about facts and what you can prove and opinions do not matter. So, your opinion on what you think is right will hold no merit. Fortunately we keep very good records on what we do and all of our phone calls are on a digital platform, so everything is recorded. Not *** mention we keep records on the amount of phone calls and emails for every single customer. As for good records, take a look at the time stamp on the attached page where we sent your file to Ask an Adjuster to start working with us to get your roof covered. I am sure when we depose Ask an Adjuster how they were introduced to you, they will look at the attached paperwork and remember very clearly how they became involved with your roof issue. In closing, make all the complaints you want, but eventually you will have to abide by your word and the contract, I know we did and this is how you repay people that work for you.Initial Complaint

In August of 2024 I hired Sun Coast Roofing to replace my roof, the cost was over $18,000. During the course of the project the workers placed a piece of plywood over my exterior ** unit starving it for air as it was almost 90 degrees out that day. The ** condenser got so hot it stopped working properly. The repair bill is almost $2,200. I keep getting the run around from Sun Coast. The repair bill is with AP, AP is only here on Fridays, the repair check is in the mail, well drop it off on Fridayit will definitely be there tomorrow., the superintendent will call you right back. This has gone on over 10 weeks. In addition my drip edge is all bent up which looks like c*** They patched my fascia with a completely different pattern, where the missing piece went is beyond me as I had enough fascia at the beginning of the job, which looks like c*** The wind mitigation I received was incomplete and the inspector refuses to answer emails and phone calls from myself and my insurance agent to fix it so it can be submitted my homeowners insurance company.Business Response

We have submitted your claim into our insurance company for coverage, we are merely waiting for them to send out a check. We recently received notice that the claim is covered and we will be getting a check from them to pay you for the issue. Also, we will have the gutter team come up and look to see what they can do to help with your drip edgeInitial Complaint

I signed contract with Sun Coast roofing 1/1/2024 for a new roof. I waited 3 months for back ordered tile. I paid 10% down then 40 % when the tile delivered per contract the rest of monies due when roof completed. Roof was supposed to be completed March *******. On March ******* my boyfriend was home and noted roofers not happy throwing broken tile 1 after the other off of roof 300 tile to be exact. So he asked installers what was going on and he was told the new tile being installed kept breaking and cracking and unable to walk on.defective. installer referred to it as being cheap tile. I notified immediately the sales *** that sold me the roof. I took a video of the roof cracks and broken tile all over the roof and sent the video to ***. No response received. It was Easter weekend and naturally no response from sales man.Monday April 1, 2024 I called Sun Coast office as soon as they opened told them I have a big problem with the roof and I needed someone to come out and take a look at that the tile something is wrong with and unexceptable. I was not happy and it all needs to come down. A few hrs later ***** super intendent came out went up on roof and stated he agreed something definitely wrong he hadn't seen anything like this before but assured me sun Coast would take care. It is now the beginning of September and I'm still getting the run around. I call them every week. The latest 2 weeks ago they told me supplier was sending the check to pay for the tile then they have to order tile then let it sit. This week I got no response when asking if they ordered the tile which tells me was probably just another story.Business Response

We installed the tile when we noticed that a majority of the tile had either cracked or broken during the install. We immediately contacted our *** at *** Supply to figure out what is going on with this tile that we purchased from ******** TILE. Westlake sent out a *** to this customers home and when we leaned over to pick up some tile for them, the tile broke in half right in front of their ***. Please understand, we do not make the tile, we only install the tile and once we found the this issue, we immediately went to the manufacturer for results.
Please see the pictures and you will see that this roof is completed
Do to the issues with the manufacturer of the tile, the tile was not completely cured. WE have reached out to the manufacturer and have had them come out to look at the tile multiple times and they have agreed that the tile had not cured enough. We have been battling with them to get them to ***lace the entire roof system but they have done nothing but stonewall us. Now we have threatened with our attorney and we feel that within the next 30 days, we should have this issue settled with the manufacturer.
The owner of the company is meeting with the manufacturer this week and we hope to have this settled
We will update the file once this has been concluded

Dear Customer, as you know we have been working hard at getting this taken care of. We are trying to get the company that manufactured the materials to fix their mistake but after all of their gaslighting, they are not willing to do much of anything. I have turned this over to my attorney and we will be filing suit against them for their negligence in this. Currently you are covered and your roof is completed except for the damaged tile and if you have any leaks we will take care of everything at no charge. Once we get the suit filed we will forward the action your wayCustomer Answer

We recently filed a demand letter to both *** Supply and ****************** from our attorney to get this taken care of. We do believe that this will push them to finally cover the cost to take care of the issues with your roof due to their negligence.
Once approved, we are going to remove the existing tile and replace it with new tile at the expense of the manufacturer and supply house. Please see the attached letters from our attorney

Since Lowes sub contracted our roof and gutter system to ***************************** then to Suncoast, roofing and solar we have faced numerous issues, including:Damaged driveway sections.Trees harmed by falling pallets.Cracks in ceilings across six rooms.Personal injuries from stepping on roofing nails.Flooding due to improper gutter installation, causing damage to floors and floor molding.Water stains on the ceiling.Constantly bailing water from the lanai to prevent indoor flooding.Sinking pavers and lawn erosion due to ongoing flooding over the past 2-3 months. On July 29, we discovered a roof leak. ***** has refused to review the damages and voided my two-year warranty without reasoning.Despite working with ***** since February 21, 2024, and numerous attempts to contact *************************** and his leadership team, we have received no resolution. The problems appear to stem from poor craftsmanship, lack of oversight, and failure to follow up.Immediate assistance is required.***********************Business Response

The damage that you are talking about to the driveway as well as to your tree was caused by ABC Supply and that damage was paid out by their insurance. The injury caused by the nail. We came back out 3 different times after that and ran a magnet in your yard as well as installed a chimney cap for free. It was arranged before hand to have ********************* come out on 02/20/24 to look at the damage to the ceilings that you are stating in all 6 room. Once ******** got there you refused to let him in the house and only allowed him in the garage. The gutters and downspouts were placed where you asked the guys to install them. The gutters and downspouts were installed the first time after the roof was completed. You did not like the placement so you asked ****** to have the gutter installers come back out and reinstall the downspouts in a different place. The first time that we are being notified about the leak was through the BBB complaint. Since being notified ******* has reached out to schedule a day and time that works the best for you so that we came come out and see what is causing the leak.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because:I appreciate the efforts made to address some of the issues; however, many of the statements in your recent message are inaccurate and need clarification.
1.Access for Inspection: ********************* was never refused entry to inspect the additional damage to the ceilings inside the house. He was only limited to the garage inspection due to circumstances at that time. When your team from Suncoast comes to review the leak, they are more than welcome to inspect the cracking and damage in the other rooms.
2.Gutter Installation Issues: The gutters were not installed properly. Specifically, the downspout was installed directly over my washout drain. Would you consider that a proper placement of a downspout? As a homeowner, I am not a professional, but it was clear to me that this placement was improper and showed a lack of attention to detail from the team. I have videos and pictures documenting how one of the downspouts was improperly installed, leading to improper water drainage. This error caused significant erosion to the grading near the foundation of my home, ultimately leading to water intrusion and buckling of my baseboards.
This evidence further demonstrates that Suncoast is misrepresenting the facts and events that have taken place. I hope we can address these issues with the seriousness they deserve to prevent further damage and reach a satisfactory resolution.
Thank you for your attention to these matters.***********************

************, I apologize that you feel that way but you were the one who told the gutter crew where you wanted all of your downspouts to go. We came out on numerous occasions to satisfy you wishes.
Anything after that is entirely on you sir. the water that is backing up in your gutters is because you don't keep them clean or you don't have an area for the water to run out. That is not part of our job, it is yours as the homeowner.
I have attached pictures so you can see how professional the gutters were put on.

Complaint: 22099254
I am rejecting this response because:Thank you for your prompt response. However, I need to clarify the situation. While I provided general guidance on the placement of downspouts, I relied on your professional crew to ensure that the gutters were installed correctly and functioned as intended. Unfortunately, the issues Ive experiencedsuch as water backing up and significant damage to my homeare not the result of improper maintenance but rather the result of flawed installation.
The placement of the gutters did not adequately account for the natural water flow around my property, leading to severe erosion and damage. Additionally, the initial decision to install the gutters over a washout drain was not mine but a poor choice made by an unskilled worker. The improper crimping of the downspout connector has further exacerbated the problem, resulting in water overflow in areas where it shouldnt, which strongly suggests an installation flaw.
Moreover, I must address the ongoing issues with the roof installation that have caused water to leak through my chimney and hallway. Recently, both ****** (on 8/21) and *** (on 8/13) visited my home, each identifying different potential causes for the roof leak. *** applied silicone to seal parts of the chimney flashing and added roofing shingles to areas that were uncovered or not properly secured during the initial installation. ****** recommended tarring the area, replacing a section of shingles, and installing a chimney cap.
While there havent been any visible leaks from the chimney since these interventions, Im uncertain whether thats due to the temporary tarp ****** placed or the silicone *** applied. Unfortunately, despite these efforts, we continue to experience leaks in other parts of the hallway, causing the floor to buckle slightly due to water damage.
At this point, its unclear what the root issue is, but its evident that the roof installation was not completed correctly. I would appreciate your guidance on the next steps to fully address these issues, as the damage to my home continues to worsen.
I am requesting a thorough re-evaluation of both the gutter and roof installations to resolve these ongoing issues and discuss the necessary corrective actions. I look forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution to this matter.
Sincerely,

On 4/17/2023 we signed a contract with Chris T******* of Sun Coast Roofing, Melbourne, FL to replace our townhome/duplex roof. We paid a $500 deposit at that time and when the installation was completed we paid the balance on 7/20/23 of $22,950 invoice #*****. On 11/19/23 we discovered and reported a leak in our front guest bedroom. We had never had a leak prior. “Tim” from Melbourne office came and looked at the leak and said he’d get back with us. He did not. After this, we made numerous calls and spoke w/ multiple reps from Melbourne and Longwood FL offices each telling us they would get back to us, they did not. (See attached notes of detailed timeline and why multiple offices were contacted). On 12/22/23 we received a call from Mr. T******* that Sun Coast was not at fault but our neighbors roof was and he’d “give us a quote to repair” our new roof which we paid $23,450, which has a 5 yr labor warranty. This is how the roofs were originally constructed and Sun Coast never indicated “our neighbors roof” could be a potential problem before installation. We sent the home office in New Smyrna Beach a certified letter 12/27/23, which was picked up 12/29/23, with no response. We have tried working with Sun Coast to resolve this leak to no avail before contacting the Better Business Bureau. Along with our leak issue, yesterday 1/11/24, we received a second opinion from another licensed roofer and was told the flashing was an issue and the roofer then discovered in another area of the roof, damaged shingles. He also pointed out an effort was made to conceal the damage with white spray paint. We sent Sun Coast roofing a ‘certified mail receipt” letter 1/11/24, informing them of this newly discovered damage. (Photos of our letters and damage are attached). Another promise made and not kept was the screens over the vent pipes were taken off and never replaced. We need a roof that doesn’t leak, no damaged shingles on our NEW roof and screens on the vent pipes !Business Response

We have received the notice and have been to the home on many occasions to show the homeowner that the leak is coming from the adjacent connecting home. However, we will contact the homeowner and set up a time for the corporate manager of field operations to come and take another look at the homeowners issue. If necessary, we will also contact the local building department to see what is the best way to try and solve this problem. We have kept a complete digital breakdown on everything that was done on this home including almost 200 pictures to document that the roof was installed correctly and also have the paperwork from the city showing that we have passed each and every building inspection. Nothing here is our fault, it is the issue with the neighbors roof as it attaches to this home. We are unable to touch the neighbors roof without approval from the neighbor and the city building department. We will work on getting this taken care of and set up a time to have all parties meet.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because:As of today Tuesday January 16, 2024 we have not had the “corporate manager” to contact us about resolving the leak or the screens on the vent pipes.
However, to our surprise, without us being contacted beforehand, Tim J****** (who was very polite and professional) from the Melbourne office and two men from the Longwood, FL office came to replace the damaged shingles that we addressed in our original complaint. We much appreciated this repair!
We called the Corporate office in New Smyrna Beach, after speaking with “Wanda” at BBB, about how to proceed moving forward to resolve the other issues. We spoke with “Danielle” who didn’t appear to know ALL the details in our complaint, but said she would try to set in motion “moving forward we want to come to a resolution” and their “corporate superintendent” would be contacting us soon. We appreciated Danielle’s professional attitude and kindness.
We feel better knowing there is an effort being made, but may still need BBB to stay involved until resolved.

I contracted with SunCoast Roofing Solar to replace my roof. The job was completed the 2nd week of June '23. All seemed fine with the replacement, until the first significant rain event the end of Sept. At that time I noticed a visible buckle had developed at the top of the roof traveling down. Upon inspection I could feel the roof sheathing was upheaved under the roofing surface. I stopped by SunCoast's office in person and showed the Superintendent (*******************) images of the roof, immediately without looking at the roof he claimed it was a pre existing condition. I disagreed knowing that it was not there previously and if it was why wasn't it addresed during the roof replacement as I was there the entire time in constant communication with the crew. After several unanswered calls to their office he finally sent someone (***********************) out to look at the roof buckle. His scripted response was the same as the Super's. I again disagreed explaining the it wasn't there and grew longer with every rain event and was definitely a leak causing the damage. His solution was to watch the area during a rain to see if there was an active leak and call us if something developes. Tired of all the stall tactics, excuses, unanswered calls I sent a Notice of Claim regarding the matter to the corporate office on Oct.24. I received an email from ******************* Corp Branch Mgr. acknowledging the notice and met with **** Nov.2 on the roof to discuss the issue. We agreed that the roof would need to be opened up to inspect and he would send a crew out to do so. I texted him directly nearly everyday since and usually received a reply with some sort of excuse why the cew can't come out or they simply didn't show. As of Nov 7 there have been no replies to my texts. I sent an email to ************ with no reply. All I seek is that they stand behind their workmanship in a professional manner & fix the issues that were reported. As this is an active leak roof damage continues to occur with every rain.Business Response

WE are in correspondence with *********** now setting up a time for water test, After the water test we will be able to determine the issues.Customer Answer

Sun Coast performed a water test that was inconclusive. Still trying to get me to accept the roof defect, I refused and the superintendent opened up the defected roof buckle and apologized, admitting that the underlayment was not properly installed causing poor adhesion and that the crew that installed the roof would remove and properly install that section of roof covering on December 30 2023. I agreed to move forward with the repair attempt and requested that the details of the repair be sent to me in writing but have not received any correspondence regarding the repair. Hopeful that the repair attempt is done as scheduled and is sucessful I request that my case be extended beyond the 10 day response window to allow ample time for SunCoast to perform the repair attempt and see the outcome.
Thanks,

My roof was permitted on February 23, 2023! I was on a wait list for materials! Actual work started on June 24, 2023. Upon completing roof. 1st Inspection failed due to excessive water ponding on roof! Called Sun Coast and ******************* came out! His crew tore off 1/2 roof that had to be redone! #2 inspection failed because the drip edge was not installed properly! Sun Coast fixed # 3 Inspection failed because of excessive bubbling on edge. Suncoast had to get extension up to 2 months. At this time being the 21st of November the extention expires in 2 days. I have made numerous phone calls to ******** at Sun Coast asking what when and its been 2 months now not 1 phone call back nor has anyone showed up to fix the problems over the last 2 months of this extension! This has been 6 months waiting to get this fixed properly and a signed off permit!! ************************* lied to me saying the permit passed inspection therefore i paid the remaining balance! Since this has been paid in full Sun Coast has abandoned me with a failed permit let alone the work has not been completed!Business Response

6/28/2023 date roofing job began. At the end of 1st day job quality was terrible. I began calling Sun Coast the next morning at 8 AM. I received no call back and the job continued. Rotted wood was roofed over, drip edge had gaps and was not long enough, missing shingles, an interior leak, the structure of my flat roof has been altered and was sagging on one end, and my aluminum pool cage frame had been cut and bent. I began calling Sun Coast and no response from management. Records show I called Sun Coast Roofing 13 times over a two week period. Mr. F********* did finally come out and agreed that there were problems that needed to be addressed. He sent workers that made the issues worse. We asked for upper management to come inspect our home and a man named Kevin came several days later. He agreed there was problems. He said he felt the roof now needed to be supported at the end that was now inches lower than it was previously. He sent workers and they cracked the new plywood, trying to maneuver the roof back into place. They attempted to hide the crack with more wood, and when that didn’t work for the roof they installed what was to be a temporary pole by drilling holes in my concrete pool deck. Several days later Kevin came back. We showed him the issues. He said that the cracked plywood was satisfactory although we told him we wanted it replaced as we are being charged for new wood, not damaged, and we furnished him and Mr. F********* with a list of items that needed to be done to finish the job and correct the issue. I asked to have a different crew. The same crew was sent. I was told that it was to teach them, so this didn’t happen again, but my home is not a learning facility. It is where we reside to feel safe and secure. To date a majority of these items have not been addressed. We sent the letter referring to Florida statute 558 fulfilling our notice of claim and asking for restoration to our homes previous condition prior to this roofing job.Business Response

This roof was completed the 1st week of July 2023 , It passed Deck inspection on 6-29-23, an in progress inspection on 6-30-23 and a final on 7-3-23 by the City of New Smyrna Beach. Customer has some complaining of wood not being replaced and the flat roof support issues. Kevin S*** made a site visit on July 21st and there were in fact some issues. We went back on sept 7th to take care of issues, we corrected all issues. The flat roof has a structural issue and the homeowner was advised that we are a roofing contractor and we cannot do structural work. Homeowner was also advised they would need an engineer to discuss the flat roof support system. We put a 4x4 Post under the flat to hold the structure in place for fear of structure collapse. This would have been the result with any roofing company and that is beyond our license.
The roof had a lot of neglected rotted wood. The communication has mostly been with the son as the homeowner lives out of state.
Every time we have received a call we have gone to identify any concerns they have had. The end result is always about the structure and demanding we do something about it. We have suggested they can call the city back out and we were blamed for knowing the inspector and the son states they are our friends.
At this time we have already sent a notice to the owner and filed a claim of lien for non payment.Customer Answer

We have been out to the residence on multiple times as per Statue 558, We will only communicate with ****************** moving forward because the son has been involved and is making the repairs difficult every time we send someone out. This is due to structural problems and we have tried to explain but we are open to correct any issues once we find out from the inspector.
I will update ****************** once the inspector and my superintendent have finalized a meeting time.

I am rejecting this response because: The city inspector issued the email over a month ago. The necessary plans required to correct the issues resulting from the roofing job performed by Sun Coast Roofing have not been submitted to my knowledge. I still have active leaks resulting in interior damage and what appears to be mold issues. The last communication said that they would resume work on Monday the 18th of December. I reached out in a text message on Monday with no response. It is Tuesday and again I reached out and no response. The permit to work on my home expires the first week of January. Then what? I understand that they can extend it for another 3 weeks, but to my knowledge there has been no activity to do so. I have requested a copy of their Insurance certificate 6 times and they refuse to send it to me. I am *********** it by law. I have requested a call from **** but again no communication.

It is December 23 and no response from Sun Coast Roofing as to rectifying the issues. Instead they use my sons concerns for his senior mother with health issues as a scapegoat we have never stopped them from working on our roof. We simply want to watch as they proceed as our personal property has been destroyed. Neither, my son nor myself are responsible for the terrible workmanship and the lack of supervision during our roofing project. Their response stating that they have been to my home several times is proof that the roof is not up to standard or code, and maybe unsafe. To my knowledge there was falsification on the affidavit for the city of **************** as to the nailing of our roof decking . We have requested an insurance certificate six times and have not received it, which I believe we are *********** by law. I have paid for the roof in full and it is not complete. They will not respond to my request to refund or escrow the funds. I believe that this is unlawful as well.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because: I spoke to **************** of code enforcement on January 5 and Sun Coast Roofing has made no attempt to contact code enforcement. Also, **************** sent another correspondence on the third week of December and got no response. A meeting with code enforcement is not necessary as Sun Coast Roofing was sent an email addressed to Mr. ******************* dated 11/20/23 itemizing the necessary steps to correct all of the issues. What are they waiting for and why haven't they responded to the correspondence sent from **************** office of code enforcement? Why won't they put the payment into an escrow account until I have a final inspection? As the company had previously stated that they have been back to my home several times, it confirms that the job they did was terrible. It was a re-roof. They should not have had to come back at all if the job had been done correctly. This is the third roof I have had done by Sun Coast Roofing. The first two were without issues. Why will they not do the right thing by their repeat customer and save us both further time and trouble.

I am rejecting this response because: All issues have not been resolved. The nail spacing is incorrect as deemed by the city inspector, ************ knows this, and we have been waiting for someone to come and fix this issue. We have contacted him twice about this since their return on Feb. 20. Also, the repairs to the inside of my home due to water damage from this insufficient "new roof" still need to be replaced. *********** has been to my home approximately 10 times since the job was deemed finished. Why? A properly installed new roof should not have required even one call back. I still do not have a final inspection 9 months later.

Sun Coast roofing is rejecting Mrs ******** response, the nail spacing is actually just needing *********** according to the inspector and he let us know on Tuesday. In November 2022,we contracted with Sun Coast Roofing to replace a flat root on the front of our house. This was completed within 2 months on January 10th 2023. I then contracted with Sun Coast Roofing to replace our back flat roof,in January 2023. I was informed that since they had already replaced the front roof, and understood the procedures necessary, the back roof could be completed within 2-3 months. I paid the $1000.00 deposit on February 10th, with the understanding it would be completed within 2-3 months as stated. In March, I called to check on the status, received a call from a new customer relations employee and was told that it would be scheduled on July 3rd. I informed him that July (6 months later than stated) was unacceptable. I had further conversations with the customer relations employee to get the date moved to the previously stated time frame. He informed us to call Tammy, as she was the one that creates the scheduling. We called, the receptionist said she was busy and transferred us to her voice mail. A message was left, but we never received a call back. Due to the lack of communication from Sun Coast Roofing, pertaining to the July date, we decided to cancel the order. After sending the canceling email, we received a call from the salesperson. I informed him I had tried to work this out, to no avail. Again, I requested the deposit back. Once again, On April 19th, I had a conversation with Nick, he suggested I should talk to the sales person and that he would have him call me. As of May, I still have not received a call from Calven, the salesperson. On May 4th, I reached out to Nick and requested the name of someone in the organization that had the authority to refund my deposit. Nick would not give me a name, of a person to talk to. This company should not be allowed to use customer deposits or slip installation dates from 2-3 months, to 6 months. In our casem there are no issues with product availability etc. Again, I am requesting the deposit paid in February be returned.Business Response

On Feb. 9th Mr. ******* signed a contact with Sun coast roofing. At the time of signing our company was in fact 12 weeks out on roofing contracts from the damages of the storms.. We keep all documentation of all correspondence and incoming and outgoing call logs. Below are the dates and times of all calls to our office regarding his Feb. 9th roof contract.
On March 23rd 2023 Mr ******* spoke with Nick. Nick informed him we received his permit and he was on schedule for July 3rd. Mr ******* said he would be out of town july and august and would PREFER to have roof completed before that.
On April 6th,2023 Mr. ******* did in fact speak with Cavan his estimator at 3:18 P.M for a little over 3 minutes.
Nick also spoke with Mr. ******* on April 13th unaware he was trying to cancel and had spoken to Cavan. Mr ******* said he is cancelling his agreement because July was not acceptable.. Nick did inform him to speak with his estimator. In our contracts we have a 3 day cancellation policy. Even though this is in our contracts, we are more than happy to cancel Mr ******* contract and will send him back his deposit.
