The last bid was $2500, the final invoice amount including auction fees plus transaction fee plus documentation fee was $3657. The invoice was never paid. So the cancellation fee of $1600 was charged and covered from the security deposit. The rest of the deposit $749 was refunded to 
      Mastercard debit card 8100  on Feb 2, 2023 
      Acquirer Reference Number (ARN) 82711163034000008541322  can help the bank to trace the funds.
      We acted according to the terms and conditions which ********************************* accepted upon the registration. We fulfiiled our obligations in full.

      On 4/25/24 we bought a 2016 Dodge Ram Promaster from this company. Payment was made the next day.Since then, we are waiting for the paperwork to be completed and be sent by the company. They are blaming a *********** They should have sent the papers to the DMV.We are now waiting for more then FOUR weeks for the papers.

      The full information about the fees and the purchase process is indicated in the Membership terms and conditions. The client is supposed to read and accept it before the registration is completed. The terms and conditions say:
      5. Payments & Fees
      5.3.Vehicle Payments: All payments for vehicles shall be due within one (1)business days of the date of sale and shall be made directly to us via wire transfer in US dollars by 5:00 pm branch local time. In the event of nonpayment within the time period mentioned herein (1 business days), Member shall be subject to late fees of $50.00 or 2%, whichever is greater. No other methods of payment are accepted at this time. We do not accept payment via credit card, debit card, Paypal, trade ins, cashiers checks, money orders, or ACH payment. SCA LLC reserves the right to cancel the bid for any reason and relist the vehicle within its sole discretion.

Any outstanding debts will be directly deducted from the payment method provided by you upon registration, as amended from time to time, without your further approval or notice. We shall not be under any obligation to release a vehicle into your possession until any and all fees and costs have been paid to our complete satisfaction. Should you pay for any fee contemplated herein by a credit or debit card, you agree to authorize SCA LLC to initiate debit/credit entries from your bank account or credit/debit card. 5.14. Refunds and Disputes: Except as set forth herein, no fees or other payments shall be refundable to you for any reason. In the event you object to any fees or costs assessed to you, please contact us.

      The section 3. Vehicle Sales & Bidding states
      3.3. Bids:Bid carefully! Once submitted, bids cannot be changed or retracted. We are unable to guarantee that IAA *** accept your bid, and IAA *** reject a Members bid for any reason in IAAs sole and exclusive discretion. You agree that we shall have no liability in the event that a bid you place is rejected. In the event of a tie, a live bidder shall always prevail over a preliminary bidder.If both parties are proxies, they will be requested to place follow-up bids to resolve the tie, or, if doing so does not break the tie, the vehicle will be awarded to the person who bid first, or, alternatively, all bids will be canceled and the vehicle relisted for bidding.
      So once the vehicle is won and awarded to the customer it cannot be cancelled without the cancellation fee.
      When *************************** informed us about the issue with his bank and wire transfer, we were trying to assist and offered another method of payment as one time exception. We informed that the deposit cannot be refunded until the vehicle is paid in full and picked up or the cancellation fee is paid.
      The Terms and conditions and the invoice for the purchase cancellation are attached.

      Paid there $199 fee to be able to bid on their auction. They never got things cleared so I could do this until after the day I needed to bid. They do not return phone calls, you never can talk to a supervisor. They do not tell all the needed information

      I reject the response from the company. We never bid on any trailer. The one we planned to bid on sold at auction before they cleared us to bid. Despite the fact theyd charged for my membership of $199 & the deposit of $1000 to allow me to bid. But the clearance for me did not come in until after the auction. The auction was 11 in am clearance later that day. Plus you need a certain number to identify & it wasnt given to me until I called a day or so after the auction.. Ill find proof of phone calls & info. Ill try to add pictures later. Must find first. Date & time the number given after I finally later asked ? & called them. It was never on our sign in info & this was after I had tried to reach them or someone in leadership & calls never returned & hung up on numerous times.

This shows you how many times I called & got no help & no return phone calls trying to solve the problems.  I signed up paid fees $199, pd $1000 with a credit card on 4/20 but again never cleared to bid until after am sale 4/24.  I tried to resolve before & after sale 4/24 but never happened.  I deserve my $199 fees as never bid like they stated I did. Read all negative reviews. Theyre a dishonest company!!

      Scam -won car for 1200, Later got an invoice for 3k (3 times market price for the WORKING version of this car). Only took bank wires (very hard to do if you don't have certain accounts, and almost no money service will transfer to them), took an extra few days just to pay the **** thing. They claimed the car worked and the only damage was scratched. Well the car shows up and it has a flat and the driver said it doesn't even work. Thousands down the drain

      To start with, wed like to highlight that all the cars are sold AS IS: Every vehicle, including all vehicle types,sold through SCA LLC are sold as is where is. No vehicle is represented as being road-worthy, drivable or mechanically sound and any vehicle may require substantial repairs. As such, any vehicle is sold without any warranties WHATSOEVER. Removal of the vehicle from the auction facility constitutes that the vehicle has been thoroughly inspected by the member prior to removal. It is the members sole responsibility to inspect all vehicles, either in person or through third party, prior to purchase and prior to removal of the vehicle from the auction facility.

      On the top of the bid amount/I-Buy-Fast price there are 3 fees applied: documentation, transaction and auction house fees (they depend on a bid amount). On the website theres a final price calculator where everyone can check the total cost: ****************************************************** The same calculator is on the vehicles description page.

      All payments for vehicles shall be due within one (1) business days of the date of sale and shall be made directly to us via wire transfer in US dollars by 5:00 pm branch local time.       I spent ages looking for a site that would let me bid online for cars for free. I had almost gave up hope when miraculously BAM SCA auctions appeared. I clicked on their site, registered, and sure enough. They claim that their free "BASIC" membership allows me to bid on up to five vehicles and up to $33,000 with no yearly fee. So I spent the next hour or so going through, pulling up cars that looked nice, even set an alarm on my phone so that when the time came in about twelve hours I could wake up and hopefully snag a car for cheap. Sadly, this was not the case. It's all fake, lies, and downright deceptive. You can't actually bid on a car with no fees, they want a thousand dollar security deposit. You can't bid on "live" auctions, which is you know, just a regular auction. And of course, even if I did give them a deposit of a thousand dollars, that would only increase my "buying" power. In order to actually reach the point where I can bid up to 33 grand on up to five vehicles they would need a deposit of $5200. An absolutely outrageous amount when my goal is to pick up a cheap car for a few hundred bucks. It seems this site is making false claims, probably obfuscated by some small print hidden somewhere and personally, I feel robbed. Robbed of my time, robbed of my joy, but most importantly, robbed of my innocence. I knew the car sales business was scummy, but this hits a new low and feels, and could probably be argued in court successfully, to be illegal. You can't honestly make the claim that this site even HAS a free market. It's all catered to people willing to slap down large sums of money to shady internet companies and frankly, I'll have to pass. As a wise man once said, go straight to h*** you thieving b*******

      I've been scammed. On 11-27-23, I won a bid on a vehicle. I paid $1,288, only to be told I owed additional money that exceeded the amount of the bid. I asked for a refund immediately. The invoice sent to me is #*****. I was informed I had an "outstanding balance now" and they didn't refund money to customers with outstanding balances. If I wanted a refund, I had to pay the outstanding balance, $1,319. I asked for a manager. My Grandmother was on the phone as well. The receptionist/customer service rep refused to transfer the call to someone in management. She informed me, "that was the way things worked." She was very rude and difficult. I've never heard of paying more money to get a refund.This company has some questionable business practices. They've sold the car in question to another individual or company but they still refuse to return my refund. I want my refund returned to me as soon as possible.

      12 21 23 I loaded $1,000 onto my account in order to have purchasing power which turns out to just be a security deposit your security deposit cannot be used for the purchase of the vehicle which means you have to process a second payment in order to obtain the vehicle I've reached out to multiple Outlets on all numbers provided on the website I've tried to communicate via the chat 24/7 option I have received no response I also was outbid and the vehicle is showing that I am still the highest bidder from Reading other users comments and complaints regarding this system I can tell that they are scamming people out of security deposits and do not intend to sell them the vehicles provided in the listings I'm looking for a quick resolution as I just want my security deposit in return if I'm able to view the car in person and purchase it in person with cash that would be a way better option than using this system SCA stands for scamming car auction

      I purchased a car from the local *** auction yard through SCA, a third party broker. Per their terms, I submitted payment on 11/16/2023 within 2 hours via wire transfer from from my bank, ***** Fargo(**), to their bank, ******************* (SVB). Payment did not credit their account, and still hasn't as of today 12/13/2023. SCA eventually told me that SVB needed ** to initiate a wire trace, which I requested on 11/22/2023. Many phone calls later, I made contact with the ** "wire room" and was informed that SVB did indeed receive the wire on 11/17/2023, had made contact on 12/12/2023 with SVB, who said via interbank (SWIFT?) messaging: "PLS BE ADVISED THAT PAYMENT IS CURRENTLY ON HOLD PENDING FOR COMPLIANCE REVIEW WITH OUR SANCTION TEAM. THANKS AND BEST REGARDS. ******* N".Meanwhile, the *** auction yard has racked up >$1000 in storage fees for the unpaid vehicle, and SCA is insisting that it is my responsibility to pay those fees, even if the bank they've chosen to do business with is negligent. I've had ongoing exchanges with SCA, and they've seemed understanding enough, but today, 12/13/2023, an agent named "May" contacted me via their websites messenger feature and told me that if they didn't receive payment today the car would be reneged and I would also be responsible for a $1000 restocking fee. After I conferred with the wire room at **, obtained and sent proof that their bank was at fault, but she repeatedly reiterated that I would be responsible for those storage fees. Their service requires a $1000 refundable deposit to use (not to benused towards purchase), the vehicle cost $750, and all the fees associated, including the delivery service they won't practically allow you to opt out of, added up to $1822. Their marketing strategy is also misleading, leading me to believe that they were a local (***********, **) auction yard. They've received many BBB complaints, but not for anything like this.       Unfirtunately, tt was the client's bank mistake sending money. Instead of SVB, they mentioned SVA (please see the attached). This is the reason why the bank didn't allow the transaction to go through.

      We talked to the bank manager once again, we're informed that there's a chance that the money will be settled on 12/14/2023. We received the wire and contacted the yard to reduce storages as much as posiible. On 12/15/2023 this issue was resolved: the yard charged twivc less storages as firstly collected, we paid for the vehicle and covered the rest with the deposit (the client agreed). The rest od the deposit ($400) will be refunded when the client request a refund. To request a refund of your security deposit, visit the "Deposits" tab in your account's "Transactions" section and click on "Request Refund."

      I am rejecting this response because: The is correct, you are allowed to request deposit to be returned. I have done that and i still have not recieved any funds. For the additional funds they withdrew, system does not show any mechanism to get refund. the reason i contacted bbb is obvious. I have not been compensated for the first **** dollars.

      The second **** dollar withraw is a form of an invoice, with not option to retrieve. it is evident that the individuals that have worked on this case are negligent. anyone with any business sense would have checked with there financial instution to validate customers concerns. the firm is either negligent and unwilling to track this two tranactions, or is just unwilling to treat the individual with the same promptness as they were able to withdrawl funds from my account.

      Either of the afformentioned circumstances demonstrates that this firm has not business in the business sector.
