On April 16, 2024, EpicVin responded to the BBB with the following:

As a company committed to transparency and customer satisfaction, we want to assure you that we have taken proactive steps to address these concerns and ensure clarity regarding our subscription terms.
This is what we have done to make the subscription terms as transparent as possible:

Additional Terms in Order Summary: We have added detailed terms related to the subscription to the order summary section on our website. A screenshot of the updated order summary is attached for your reference.

Prominent Display of Subscription Terms: Previously, the subscription terms were located at the bottom of the page, making them less visible to users. We have now placed the terms prominently below the payment button on our website, ensuring that users have easy access to this information before completing their purchase. Attached are screenshots comparing the previous and current versions of the page for your review.

Order Confirmation Emails: In addition to displaying the terms on our website, we send order confirmation emails to customers for all transactions conducted with us. These emails contain detailed information about the subscription, including the trial period duration, conversion to a monthly subscription, and cancellation instructions.
We believe that these measures have significantly improved the clarity and transparency of our subscription model, addressing the concerns raised by customers and BBB. We remain committed to providing a positive experience for our customers and ensuring that they are fully informed about our services and terms."
