I think it's time the BBB admitted it's time to mark these people with an F. I'm doing a ******* expose on these guys tomorrow, it would be nice if I didn't have to point out you can just buy a good BBB rating even when you're totally illegal, these guys clearly are base on complaints to your own website. Please see uploaded complaint.

Grand Traverse Distillery is receiving at least 3 to 5 calls a week for months from Bottom Line. We have told them we are not interested and take us off their call list. They will not.Our staff is worn out answering their calls but their reps continue to call. I went to their web site to look for a do not call list and there is not one, No way to get them to stop.FCC should get involved with this company.*********************

They have contacted me 9 times without my consent, even after repeated attempts to get them to stop. They have violated the **** and owe me thousands of dollars in damages. If I do not hear from them soon, I will *** them. I have already emailed their CEO.

Bottomline Concepts has been using a third party advertiser to repeatedly call my cell phone, even though it is on the Do Not Call list, and I have asked them to stop multiple times. They are trying to sell me some kind of ERC service. I actually have this last call recorded, and the rep clearly states that he works for Bottomline Concepts. I attempted to reach out to the company to address the matter, but have been ignored. At this point, I need to speak to the company's ATTORNEY or LEGAL REPRESENTATION to resolve the issue. If that does not happen in a timely manner, I will be pursuing significant legal action against the company. They need to understand that even if they are using a third party to make these calls, the law clearly states that they are still responsible for them. Hopefully we can get this resolved before I am forced to take legal action.

      Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I have received multiple calls from a company claiming to be "Bottom Line" attempting to sign me up for "ERC". I Bottom Line is using a third party to advertise for them, or telemarket for them, then Bottom Line is still, by law, responsible for these calls. They may have their attorney or legal rep ******* me at ************, or reach out to me at my email **************************** and I can provide complete times and details of the telemarketing calls.

      Sincerely,

      *************************

Multiple phone calls and voicemail messages although I have repeatedly asked them to remove my number. When they leave a message and I return the call to the number they leave, it says my number is blocked. This is harassment and is affecting my ability to perform my business and take care of my customers.

I am filing this complaint due to Bottomline Concepts excessive Harassment and the company's unwillingness to resolve the issue, even after speaking to *********************** - Chief Operating Officer, who now, as of today, has amnesia and denies ever speaking to me about the issue of the harassment. Mr. *************** is the *** / Owner of Bottomline Concepts which is also bottomlinesavings.com, as well as a large host of other domains and company names they hide behind.I have, to date, received nearly two hundred calls from your marketing department in a two-week time span, and despite my efforts to stop this abuse, it has continued relentlessly. My phone numbers are all on the Do Not Call Registry and I finally started recording the calls and even sent one 14-minute call to ******************, in hope he would assist in stopping the abuse - but as of today, he suddenly has no recollection of speaking to **** have made every reasonable attempt to resolve this issue without having to file legal action but, it seems that the company is not interested in abiding by the law and has made no attempt to resolve the issues either. At present, the only possible resolution is to receive a call from Mr. *************** himself with a willingness to resolve these harassing calls and without hearing from ********** himself, I can only assume that he is fully aware of these issues and is also unwilling to remedy the harassment. Each and every call has been documented, countless calls recorded, including ****************** claiming he never spoke to me, and the call when he DID speak to me previously. I will pursue this diligently at the Federal Court to assure that this behavior is stopped since they don't wish to stop the harassment.

I am rejecting this response because: I now am filing criminal charges in addition to the civil filing. I will also be publishing each and every recording along with the forwarding all recordings to the *** and the state attorney general. Berate the owner - the one who hides behind the telemarketing companies, WOW ******************* and ***********************, you now have a full-fledged Abuse Case.... Good Luck. and by the way, I have spoken to ********************** attorney, he will be getting the recordings as well. I'm sure he needs to protect his client...

      Sincerely,
