Started ERC process in early January of 2023. Got the paperwork completed, signed off and was told that filing would be by end ******** with 4 to 6 month processing, Called in May, time frame changed to 6 or 7 months. Called in July, told there was a "snag" and would get back to me. Didn't. Called in August, was informed IRS lost submission, and it was refiled on July 19. Lost any possibility of investing proceeds. Slow (non-tourist) season began in August, and in October wages went up $1.00 hour. Still no funds by November, called again, was told they would be reviewing IRS data "soon" and would get back to me, so far no response, Definitely not happy, had to take out a loan to keep payroll going!**************Bottom Line Concepts LLC
