Want to say thank you Atlantic group for your job. Month ago I needed to move from ** to ** and I had no idea which moving company to hire. My friend gave me contact to this guys and I didnt regret it. My collection of the art was packed very carefully and delivered in perfect condition. I would like to express my deep gratitude to Atlantic Group USA LLC for the preparation and organization of my moving from ***** to *************. All my furniture and stuff were neatly packed, loaded and delivered to a new location. The whole team worked very quickly and smoothly. All my recommendations were considered and fulfilled. Thank you so much for your hard work. For the love of God, STAY AWAY!With Atlantic Group, your move will be like a tragic soap opera.Lies, cheating, misinformation, "theft", gaslighting and stonewalling.The %$#k *** are too numerous to mention.A few highlights: 24 hour delayed pickup, took ONE MONTH to deliver (promised 3-5 days), most of my things broken in the move and $4000 worth of bikes stolen in a "break-in" that happened to the unsupervised truck, zero communication, zero responsibility and then pawned it off on their insurance company for 60 cents/pound moved.The offer to comp was $103 for $8000 in losses and damages.Not a word, not a single returned phone call, no nothing.SAVE YOURSELVES making the same terrible mistake I did. STAY AWAY at all cost. You'll never regret staying away, but I can almost guarantee you you'll regret using this company.Review from Tarisha B

When you put your hard earned money to the side for a single low income parent like me to finally get your furniture out of storage that is in a different state that you are currently in, just to get your items delivered with glasses broken,favorite coffee mugs,broken, crucial pieces to a bed frame missing is heart breaking!! I put my trust and my money and faith with this company thinking everything that went on the truck was going to come to me in one piece and all together! Very disappointed in this company, especially when they owner said that he will call you back but never does! Now your probably wondering why not just buy the piece for your bed that is missing, thought about that tried that...just to find out my bed has been discontinued so now I have a brand new bed sitting in the corners of my room that I can't put together and now have to save up to purchase a whole new bed!! Oh almost forgot they are not on time as they promised to be, gave me date of when my items would be delivered and failed on thier end, to the point in calling every other day to find out when will my items be delivered! Anton and his crew were great! They did an awesome job packing our furniture and belongings. Very professional and easy to work with. We moved across country and had a great experience. I would highly recommend them. ***** ********

What talk about finding a diamond in the rough. From the moment my wife contacted Atlantic group we knew this was the company for us. It’s hard enough leaving your home state of Virginia and calling Wisconsin your new home. After hearing horror stories from others over the years we were scared to death. Our first call for a quote was to Atlantic group and our last. Didn’t need to call anyone else. ????. They were polite, curious, and cooperative when they requested assistance packing some of the surplus goods. All prices were described in detail, so there was no unexpected cost. It's helpful that they can also relocate pianos. This organization has our full support.Atlantic Group USA LLC Response
