I had homeowner insurance with this agency start last year September 11,2020.My bank paid them ******** and I never been insured,no one told me that my policy was cancel until it was time to renew my policy this year.Now they're telling me the insurance company had sent the checks back to me, but I never received any type of check. Please all I ask is for them to refund me back my money so I can pay for my home insurance, when I called them no body can ever give me a good explanation.The name and address again is ********************* SVCS Inc, XXXXX west Dixie Highway N.Miami Florida,XXXXX phone #XXX XXX XXXX.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 11, 2021/10/26) */ Good evening , regarding *******'s complaint. Her bank sent a check TO US to pay for her insurance premium while her policy was cancelled . She made a request for the money to be released immediately to her, we told according to the escrow rules we must contact the bank and wait at least 10 business days before we can issue a check to her but she didn't want to wait.
