DO NOT HIRE! Alex will take your deposit money and say they will start the next week and then give you a ton of excuses like his aunt is in the hospital etc. of why they aren't starting. This happened continually throughout the entire job. It would be much better for his business if he'd just be honest and tell you when he could actually start. Eventually, he will get the job completed but not without multiple problems. He will tell you his guys will cover your air conditioners etc. and then won't. Stucco got into our pool, all over our pool equipment and in our air conditioners. One of our air conditioners stopped working because of this. We were also left with multiple drops of the blue glue all over our patio area, grill area and at the bottom of our columns that doesn't come off. Then, after a few weeks after completion, multiple hairline cracks started appearing all over the stucco. We spoke to a contractor and he said this is due to them not letting the blue glue cure long enough. We have no cracks on the interior of our house so it's not due to settling. Our house was built in 2001. He said he would come out and take a look and repair the cracks. However, that never happened. Now, we are forced to hire someone else to fix his mistakes.
