      November 19, 2024 The Fuse salesman was knowledgeable and responsive. All was actually fine until the installation. Really how hard is it to charge full list price and another couple grand for a couple hour installation. The scheduler emailed me the wrong pre-install checklist yet insisted he didn't. Arrogant, and we had to review it over the phone. It was easy as there wasn't much not done. The install team told me they had 5 installs that day. How can there be attention to detail with that workload? The installers simply wanted to place everything in the openings regardless of the reveal. I halted them on the built I. Coffee maker and said I'd finish myself. They didn't even put in the 4 screws to hold in the microwave ($179 install just to unbox and slide into the opening). The $6,000 Wolf wall oven is recessed in 1/4" on the left side, but sticks out 1/8" on the right. Refrigerator door panel not installed properly. They placed the cooktop into the opening but didn't install the front panel.They had plenty of automated texts including a follow up on how the install went. I gave a 2 out of 5. Auto response apology and text stating someone would contact me soon. That was a week ago. Detailed email with pictures sent. No reply or call. What a money grab. Plenty of other options to blow $40k on appliances.If you are having issues with them, leave a one-star revies. That is all they seem to care about. Had to shorten this review due to space.

      Fuse exceeded all our expectations! The entire team ******, *****, *******, and ****** were incredibly professional and a pleasure to work with. Every step, from sales and customer service to installation, was smooth and seamless. We couldnt be happier with the experience!

      They are not very professional business. Delivered my appliances to the wrong address and wanted me to wait another 5 days for delivery. The microwave has not worked since it was installed 3 weeks ago. Told me another month before it can be repaired. Asked for replacment and have not returned my calls/emails. Darrawn is totally unprofessional. Stay away

      We ordered 2 homes worth of appliances and have had multiple issues starting from the sales process to settling invoices to order delivery and installation. The absolute worst customer service and you are left chasing your salesperson, the support staff and even the owner to be left with absolutely no response. They don't care about making it right or making the customer happy, they just want to sell you appliances and move on. I now have 2 appliances that were found to be broken upon installation and **** has chosen to ignore us. You would be better off buying all your appliances at ********** or ******* I wish they had carried the brands we were looking to buy. Stay away and tell others so they don't read the first several glowing ****** reviews and sign themselves up for months of follow up and anger.

      I wish i had looked at this site before I purchased a U-Line fridge from Fuse Specialty Appliances. We purchased a brand new fridge and it hasn't worked since the first day we bought it. The company tried a couple of times to fix it but never solved the problem. It has been over a year and now they won't respond to emails and refuse to replace or take back the fridge. The lack of customer service and care for the customer is astonishing. Anyone should really think twice before spending any time or money at Fuse Specialty Appliances. They are great on the upfront sales and then totally don't care about the customer after the purchase. This has been the worst customer service I have experienced in years.

      Ordered and paid for major appliance package in February, was assured it was in stock in May. Requested delivery in September. IT's October and they have no idea when they will deliver refrigerator. They don't respond to calls. VM is full. Terrible service. Avoid them!!!

      BEWARE! We ordered and paid for appliances over a year and a half ago! We finally close on our new home and they cant find the door panels for our freezer or dishwashers. NO ETA when anything will be here. NO communication! Surely the sales person made a nice commission on it youd think she might follow through with her sale, right? Good luck getting her on the phone! Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere! Ive had better service from salespeople at Best Buy on a $500 purchase (this was $50k+ and you cant get ahold of anyone!)! SO DISAPPOINTING!!
