    I purchased a 2012 **** fusion from Capital auto mall September 2023, Early 2024 i started to have electrical issues, I was calling AAA OR Gaurdian everyday for battery jump. Now I'm having problems with my power steering. There is no resovior to add power steering fluid it's electrical which is very expensive to have fixed. I was nearly rear ended trying to drive without power steering, driving in ******* I need a car that's dependable I have been trying to reach out to Capital Auto Mall for weeks, I keep getting the same lady voice mail. I don't know what else to do, my car is how I get to work, I can't afford to keep calling off work. The brakes has started to squeak and I have no bulbs in the rear because they keep blowing out. I should have been more careful, being a woman I feel I was taking advantage of because I needed a car. My windows was never replaced due to a cracked windows. Capital Auto mall should take full responsibility of their actions.

    Car lot sold me a car with problems back in March of 2023. They did not want to fix repairs. Car seem to have electrical issues and I have been a multiple shops since I got it.

    i bought a car a few months back and i told them multiple times that i am doing a title transfer and not paying for a new plate but they still issued a new plate and held on to it, they never contact me to tell me that i had unpaid fees also. i paid the fees and upon trying to renew my tag that expired 2 months ago, the tag agency said that there is a hold on my accounts. i contacted them multiple times until a they answered and said they were going to remove the hold. its been a month now. still no call nor email about the hold being removed. went to the tag agency again within this week and they said there was still a hold

    I paid my down payment and connected with the bank but they did not submit the title documents or register for the tag so now I have a car payment on a car that I cant get a tag for or ever get a title for. I attempted to go to the location because they wont answer the phone and the business is no longer there and the place is for lease.

    The worst dealership i ever deal with! 0 stars!They sold my GF broken *** with engine problem. My GF came to them with no english with her mom. They took advantage of her. Car was shaking and overheating right in the dealership parking lot. Sales person told here to do not worry and they will fix it in a day or two. Car was there for 7 weeks! 7! After that they delivered car to my GF. In couple days car is broke again. Coolant was leaking and engine overheating. It was towed to there place. They was trying to fix it again. Called here in a week, she picked up and couple days later it's broke again!!! She called them and they said there warranty expired and we have to communicate with extended warranty provider (which is my GF was not aware of) They sold here extended warranty ($1500) without letting her know. She didn't sign anything. Also sold her GAP insurance ($900) without her permission.We called extended warranty provider and they cover only engine, transmission and deferential. And ONLY cover up to $3000! Now engine is messed up, car at the repair shop, it's $7500 to replace it. Dealership is informed and no communication from them at all. Not only that, repair shop did full diagnostic and find out what radiator is clogged with "stop leak liquid", that was causing overheating. So those people at the dealership in order to fix the leak filed up the radiator with that liquid.Dealership was informed what we are filing law case. We are also request all information about what was done to our car and request all paperwork they didn't provide to my GF in the first place. Again they sold extended warranty and GAP without her permission which is illegal!All 4 spark plugs was from different cars which was also causing a lot of problems.Read other real reviews before you decide to chose those SCAMMERS!And on the top of all that they financed that car at ****%!!!!! My GF just escape from war in ******* and had no clue how everything work in that country and those people get advantage of her!

    I purchased a ******** from this company in February and paid this company completely for the car, title, tag in cash. I have yet to receive the second key and the title from the company. I have reached out to obtain this from them and multiple times they have not answered and have yet to provide me with the entirety of what I paid for.
