I called this morning from ****** Rogue because the price was very unexpensive,and they said I have 4 people on line for the app, at what time you can come,I said 11 am....I was there at 10:30 am...but Guess what ,the vehicle was not there, This is the second Time that happened to me...I drove 30 miles for nothing...they are advertising false prices also because the website show also a **** fusin fIor **** dollars...and they asked me 9000.I don't know why they are still in Bussines .. been so manipulative with the information.Review from Kim K

I set an appointment with "****" to see a blue 2015 ***** *******. And also inquired about a white ******* as well. I came all the way from *********** to ************ to get told by another rep that both cars had been sold days prior. When I left, I called their office to inquire about what happened but they put me on hold for about 10 mins and then they hung up on me and blocked me when I called back. This place was full of fraudulent activities, bait and switch and lies. I dont know how they are still open. Why hasnt the business bureau done anything about this? Blatant scam!!Review from Ilana B

This place is a scam , they advertise cars for lower than market price just to lure you into their facility, once you there and try to pay cash for the car , they tell you that the price for cash is 25% more in addition to other high fees . They try to convince you to finance but dont give you any information about what would be your bottom line price , interest rate and/or approx what your monthly payment would be. They try to get you sign paperwork and run your credit before you even know the final price of the car or even letting you test drive the car. This place is a waste of time !!Review from johnny b

RUN.. THIS DEALER IS VERY FISHY!! online price is not whats advertised when you walk in. They will add a whole bunch of made up fees such as 30 day warranty, 60 day ******************** fees, dealer fees of $900, 120 point inspection, they claim to add taxes before they submit to bank, and you'll still be responsible for taxes after you accept offer. I arrived at 2:30 with an appointment and left at 6:30pm. the car was advertised at 13k but said after fees it would be 17k but later was bumped into 19k and submitted to bank. I asked for a copy of all fees listed an refused to provide that information. I gladly walked away and they made nasty comments because i declined the crappy offer. This Capital Auto Mall is nothing but a BAIT & SWITCH.. They advertise a 2021 ***** HR-V for $15890. The following day they reduce the price to $11,750. I asked about the availability and the bottom line out the door, they told me I have to set an appointment, come and I will get all the info on the vehicle. My brother leave his job, spend 1 hour there and still did not get any information, all they are say is that we have go through financing as the vehicle is a bank repo. Once we made clear that we are paying cash, then thats not the price, its going to be higher... I strongly suggest you stay away from that car lot. This lot and their business practice prove that if it is too good to be true, it is.Review from Alfreda M

This dealer is very unfair. they advertise my car at ****** and distractingly they sold the car for ******. they use deceitful tactics like scheduling you to come in 2:30pm and keeping you there until 10:00pm so you are good and tired, just want to close the deal and go home. They were trying to get me to sign paperwork for a 2015 when the car I was Purchasing was a 2017. They tell you they don't make the prices the bank do. they run your credit to see what you qualify for then they **** the price up on the car you're interested in. They talk to you in a very rude manner after they make the sell! I would not refer this company to anyone! Please be ware! I gave them ******* for down payment and its not listed on the finance sheet!Review from Esteban M

This dealer is a professional *******. They advertised the car i bought for less than 11k and once you check final price is like 7-8k more. Also they fix the cars with no professional mechanics just a handyman.My car was supposed to have a minor electrical problem according to them and before I purchased they promised they will fix it right away. It has been two months now and I have no response whatsoever from them.I don't recommend anyone to go there because is a total waste of time and money.Review from Ryan D

This company is a bait and switch car lot. They had a car advertised for $8700 that when we go to the paperwork they raised the sales price to $14,000 + $599 dealer fee. And that this is the full price, $8700 is the "advertised" price and you will be paying $14,000 since you are not financing the car with us.....WOW, what a waste of my time, and afternoon. I can only imagine what their financing terms must be like!
