  Would never recommend using them. They tried to withhold $3600 from me after I reported I needed to cancel an injection course due to a financial hardship. I reported this concern over a month in advance of the course. They do not make it clear in their policies that they do not allow refunds. They claim to have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. They should refund people without argument especially in extenuating circumstances. They fought me on giving a refund for a month. I ended up getting a partial refund and then they tried to keep over $500 in administrative fees. My credit card company eventually refunded me the rest. Do not use this company for continuing medical education. Horrible customer service and unethical.

  Would NOT recommend the "Livestream" IV therapy course. It is a video they play from about 4 years ago. The information is out of date and there is nothing of substance presented. Save your time and money.

  This was the worst experience I have had in a medical training. To start the class was to be a morning class from ****. I was excited about that because the venue was in the *************** and I had a flight at 1:20pm. Prior to attending there were videos available on the website and we were advised to watch them prior to class.When signing up for this class I was corresponding with the chat thread and specifically asked was this a hands-on class and was told that the videos were to be reviewed prior to coming to the class and that most of this class would be hands on demonstration. I watch the videos and prepare myself prior to attending. The speaker was lovely; however she read basically off the slides, that by the way did not match the book that was given to us when we got there. This made it quite difficult to follow along and take notes.As the morning progressed the time starts to roll up to 11:30am still no demonstration. She had no idea of the hands-on piece and for whatever reason thought it would be after lunch, however we told her this was a morning class, and it was over in 15 min. She attempted to rush though the procedure and by that time I had to leave to catch my flight. For $ ******* I am so disappointed. I could have learned this on the internet. I went for the hands to learn the procedure and did not receive it. I initially registered through the *************************************** but kept getting diverted to the Empire site.I was an Empire member in 2019 and did take several classes that were great, I don't know what happened here.

  I found the Mesotherapy course to be thorough with the additional videos and course materials provided. It was the first course I decided to take with Empire. *********************** was extremely helpful with any questions that I had. I cant wait to take more courses with Empire Training.

  I did the botox and filler classes and I found both of them to be very educational, coming from a novice injector trying to break into the industry. Everyone was very friendly. All and all it was a pleasant experience.

  Hello I made a complaint to this school in regard to a mesotherapy course that I was scheduled to take on 6/2. I was placed in the wrong course for 2 hours. Once I realized i was in the wrong class, I spoke to two managers ****** and ***** and they directed to call the customer service number to make a complaint. ****** offered me to return for a mesotherapy course in Later on this year, I declined due to the unprofessionalism of this company. I sent an email the same day and made a follow up call. I spoke with ***** who stated they have video tape of me sitting in the mesotherapy class which is lie. And by the way, ***** is very rude, she basically argued with me that i did attend this class. I was in a skin class., not mesotherapy. I am requesting a refund; I will contact my bank to dispute this charge. I never attended the correct course; I notified the appropriate reps twice. No one from management called me. This is fraud. I was told from the first call; it takes **** days for the investigation. Now today, I am being told it takes 30 days. This is absurd. This school is all about money. I don't want no part of this program ever again.
