Dear BBB Complaint Commitee,
We would like to share our side of the story for complaint # Case #********: **********************
We were called on March 31st, for a lead for a repair.
Our Co-owner, *********************************, met onsite with the customer on April 1st. The project entailed fixing damaged tiles to respond to their insurance's demand. Our price was $600.
Due to the customer's hospitalization, there was some delay and the repair was completed on May 5th, 2022. Please see pictures to support to see completed project:

On June 10th, the customer contacted us about a new leak in her garage (outside of the previous repair). The original quote was $1800 but since she was an existing customer we lower our price to $1600.
On the same day, ******* send her pictures and receipt of payment for the completed project to meet her insurance's demand.
We followed up with Mrs. ****** on the leak project and stop at her house several times but it seemed like she didn't not live there anymore.
The customer called us on July 8th informing us that the project has been cancelled.
Our company is committed to quality and honesty. We have completed several projects within her community with plenty of satisfied and repeated customer for both reroof and repair projects.
We hope we can come to an agreement to resolve this complaint as soon as possible.
Please let us know how we can help,
Thank you,
********* Devove
