  Evens came out a week or so after Milton hit us and was very helpful in getting details of our damage documented for us to submit to our insurance company. their quote was very competitive, unlike some of their competition who were obviously trying to gouge people , Or at the very least provided, demand based quotes. I interacted with management on several occasions, and always found them to be very responsive, easy to work with and accommodating.

  Horrible experience. ***** the man they sent to evaluate my roof did not do the roof as he stated it would be done. I had noticed paint bubbling on a portion of my ceiling. It was peeling.He said he could handle the repair. I paid out of pocket for this roof repair. He was telling me what a bad job someone else had done on my roof. But I never had water come into my house in the 4 years I have been here. We just had a very bad rain storm in ***** (April 2023). The area that was to be repaired leaked water came into my room the wall was all wet ...I called ***** and Evans roofing. They told me they would send ***** to evaluate...I told them they need to send someone to stop water from coming into my home. Not till following week. Sent photo on Wednesday 5pm. They are not sending till the following week on Tuesday....Water coming in and they did not care. I *** to resolve this as I am out of a lot of cash with this repair. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If I can help one person avoid this then I did a little good in this world.

  Unethical director of operations!!Do not use this company ever!! Dishonest from the management down!!! I was issued a partial refund check because they refused to do the part of the job that was most challenging and most needed and just did the easy flat roof. An extremely unprofessional nasty woman in the office who claims to be the director of operations told me after Ive been calling since September to get a new check issued that she doesnt appreciate me accusing them of poor customer service and having bad communication so theyre keeping the money they owe me now. She told me Im a liar and I never called, which is untrue (Ive called over 15 times and always get told the person who handles the books is away or not available). I have never in my life been treated this way by a local ******* business and am truly disgusted. This is illegal and very unethical. She told me she is happy to say I will never get my money back from Evans roofing. Before I spoke with her I was recommending this company but now I see what type of people are running the company. Very disappointing as I always try to recommend and support local businesses down here.Im about to have a baby and this has caused me much unneeded distress.
