  Best car buying experience ever! I had an accident with my car totaled which I need for work. I went to AutoMax and ****** had me in the car I came to see, and out of there in the time it would usually take to listen to the high pressure salesmen of other dealerships. The staff was all professional, courteous, helpful and well informed. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good deal on a used car.

  Our experience with Automax was professional and easy. **** and ****** were great to work with, professional, and knowledgeable. The vehicle was thoroughly reviewed with us. The financial procedure was quick and easy for us. Great customer service and follow up. Highly recommend.

  Just went to look at a truck at this dealership. They have it listed for $24,990. (I have pictures) They then took my husband inside to look at it, and gave him the run around adding a bunch of fees to the vehicle. Offered to sell it to us for nearly $31,000 (I have pictures) ! We offered them $24,000 CASH and they declined. Telling him that the lowest they can do is $28,000. How the heck is that the lowest when you have it listed for $24,990 ! What a scam. Ill never set foot on this lot again. Thats shady business if *** ever seen it. They wanted us to finance and even get our tag there even though He told them we have a tag, and want to pay cash. Avoid this place unless you want to get taken for a ride and not the kind you wanted.

  I had a very positive experience while purchasing a used vehicle at Automax Ocala. The staff there were very friendly and professional help me complete the transaction in a fairly short period of time. I also sold them current vehicle during the purchase transaction and they gave me a very good price for it. Im very very pleased with my experience at Automax Ocala

  This is a total 10 dealership, we have purchased our last 5 cars/trucks from them. Our salesman ***** was very knowledgeable and patient with us, He took time to explain everything and even helped connect my husbands phone to the wifi on the truck. The truck was immaculate and we were given the best deal for the money. We will continue to purchase all our vehicles from them & have sent all our friends to AutoMax...the general manager **** was the best!!!!!!***** ******

  My experience with Auto *** was surprising. My husband and I have never been to Auto *** before and never really heard much about them or even thought to take a look at Auto ***. We were actually on our way to another preowned car dealer but ended up at Auto ***. From the beginning the salesman who greeted us was friendly, courteous and willing to help find us just the right vehicle to fit our budget. The inventory of vehicles on the lot was huge. So many kinds of vehicles to see and choose from. Our salesman showed us all the vehicles we were interested in and was patient while we decided just which one we wanted to test drive. When we picked out the vehicle to test drive, it was soon was sold. All the staff at Auto *** was very nice and I would Highly Recommend anyone looking for a preowned vehicle to first start looking at Auto ***. With all inventory they have, on all kinds of vehicles, it would be very hard not to find one that wasnt worth purchasing. I know that in the future, should we need a good preowned vehicle again, we will definitely be returning. Thank you Auto *** for all you do!!

  Im writing this review to warn perspective buyers that, in my experience, 1) AutoMax Ocala buts on a face of an ethical and hospitable business, but disposes of it quickly if and when any issues should arise; and 2) AutoMax Ocala was willing to gloss over issues, to include safety issues, with me, which should make perspective buyers question what issues theyll gloss over with them.My experience: I purchased a used 2022 Acura MDX from AutoMax Ocala in May 2024. [truncated due to size restriction] However, what I could not bear were the issues found at a local Acura dealership upon completion of a detailed inspection and more notably, AutoMax Ocalas complete disregard and courtesy to work out a solution. Not only did the inspection find 3 of the 4 wheels to have excessive (and poorly done) repair work completed, which could not be fully seen with the tires sitting on them, but also found that the vehicle was sold to me with 2 DIFFERENT brands of tires on it. 2 different brands of tires, with 2 different tire tread patters, shined-up well to make the discrepancy less obvious to the eye. I was told by Acura that a dealership willing to sell a vehicle like this was highly questionable and unprofessional. Hard for me to disagree and hard for me to accept any possible safety concerns this posed for my wife and unborn child. I called my sales associate and customer services representative, whom both had expressed strong convictions for a transparent and quality sales experience, to work out a solution, however, was greeted, in summary, with my boss said too bad and the vehicle had already been sold to me at a deep discount I paid asking price on the listing, without an attempt to negotiate lower. Regardless, neither of these responses show any hospitality and more importantly, business ethics.

  *** (sales) was no pressure and very knowledgeable about the vehicles. ***** did a good job of getting acceptable financing. A good experience.
