  signed a contract for killing pest, weeds, and growing my lawn green.8 months later the pest are gone but the lawn looks decimated.EXTENSIVE weed growth continues and many sections have been reduced to bare patches of soil. Have left messages with **** ******* who sold me this idea of a greener lawn in a year for $395. No response.Called several times and received promises of improvement but no ********** I have any recourse to get my money?

We're truly sorry to hear that you're unhappy with the condition of your lawn and appreciate the chance to respond and clarify.After reviewing your account and service history, wed like to address a few important details:Service Agreement: Your agreement included pesticide and fertilization services not herbicide applications. During sign-up, it was clearly documented by our **** Do NOT apply herbicides to lawn!! Crabgrass (weeds) make up entire existing lawn This note was made to help preserve the existing coverage, since applying herbicide would have removed the crabgrass, leaving the lawn bare.Expectations for Lawn Appearance: While we always aim to help improve lawn health, there was no promise or guarantee of a greener lawn, as that would require a different level of service and lawn conditions. Because the lawn was primarily crabgrass which is a weed full transformation would have required more extensive turf work beyond the scope of our offerings.Changes After Sign-Up: Later, you requested weed treatment, which is a herbicide. While this was outside the original service agreement, we tried to help by accommodating the request. Unfortunately, because the lawn consisted mostly of crabgrass, the herbicide removed what was there resulting in the bare areas youve *********************************Up: Our records indicate two calls since your start of service. One of those led to a personal visit from our supervisor, who met with you onsite, listened to your concerns, and worked with you on a plan that you confirmed you were happy with at the time.We truly regret that this experience didnt meet your expectations.   Superior Services of Central Florida is the worst company I have delt with for pest control! First off they don't even deserve one star! We signed up on May 18th, moved into this new house May 11th. We have had them at our house for 4 times and I have killed at least 3 or 4 bugs or spiders a DAY still! I had one on my back IN THE SHOWER today! We call them back again on June 29th and it will be July 6th before they can come to spray! We paid $600 annual. They are not doing a proper job and we wanted to cancel, but they said we signed a contract. The paper we received looks like a receipt, instead of a contract. We need help to cancel and refund our money so we can find a company that knows what they are doing!

  I called Superior a few weeks ago to ask that my Oleander bushes be treated for destructive caterpillars. The response: No service is available for over a week. When Superior's agent showed up on 26 Sept, it was only for routine lawn/yard care. He treated the lawn but not the bushes. I caught him before he drove off and asked him to treat the bushes. If he treated the bushes. As of today, Oct 3, the worms are alive and well, feasting. My call to 'Superior" this morning received the response: 'We can't treat the bushes for another 2-3 weeks as we might harm the lawn......' By then there won't be any bushes left. I'll treat the worms myself. Two recommendations: 1. For me: Change pest control company. 2. For Superior: Consider a name change eg, "Inferior".

  We have reached out to our client and discussed his concerns. Client has treated his own shrubs in question at this time. We have documented our clients concerns and will inspect and treat as needed on our next visit. Client was thankful I called to address his concerns.
