Flora, our sales rep was courteous and very knowledgeable about Paradise Grills. We ordered a grill/ refrigerator combination with a beautiful counter top . When we called for delivery, they promptly delivered the grill the next day. The delivery men were courteous and knowledgeable about the installation . Bought our outdoor kitchen from Paradise Grills on South Tamiami, Sarasota.. Their showroom was a real showcase, full of various models and construction options. Our salesman, Steve ******** was a real pleasure to work with. He was very congenial and knowledgeable and a good communicator. He made several recommendations to what we originally thought we’d like - all were improvements. We appreciated that he was cost conscious for us and did not waste any of our time upselling. I visited Paradise Grills over the holidays. I was in need for a new grill and so we stopped in their showroom.I was helped by Christy the sales manager, who was very informative about their grills and outdoor kitchens. I decided to purchase a ten foot grill island with their professional grill and bar fridge vs just a grill. So far I have been very pleased with the whole process, including hassle free delivery and install and highly recommend this company and seems so many others do too. Just wanted to share it’s worth the drive to go see their store in Hoover, Alabama.Review from Maria N

I have been to the one in Buckhead, Ga a few times, as they have been actively helping me to map out an outdoor kitchen to fit the new house I'm building. Abdul and Jonathan have been super helpful and patient as I coordinate with them and my contractor, and the price I'm getting beats the other quotes I've received by quite a bit!Review from Christian G
