*****************, first and foremost, our resorts are designed so owners can vacation in comfort, providing a break from the pressures and stress of daily living in the perfect environment to create lasting memories. We regret to read of your concerns you may have experienced while visiting our resort and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. In reviewing your reservation, we were happy to see that compensation was provided by Resort Management during your stay in the form of a complimentary upgrade to accommodate your request for your two reservations to be together.
In addition, our records indicate an accidental charge was made at the front desk; however, our staff quickly corrected this.
