    Just because I'm not in your records and your not monitoring my system doesn't mean your company didn't rip me off. I tried to call and left multiple voicemails to "address grievances" for close to 2 weeks and absolutely no response from anyone else at your business could muster up the integrity to contact me. So we are way past reconciling.

    If you're looking for a reliable company to install your solar, keep looking. Initially we thought we had made a good choice. When discussing the purchase with the salesman we asked what would occur if we needed to replace our roof. He told us that it would cost us about $1,000. When the time came to replace the roof they charged us $7,000. This for less than 3 man hours to remove and less than one man day to reinstall. They did not do a complete job on the removal. They left all the mounting brackets in the roof for the roofers to handle. Luckily, the roofers did not charge me extra for that. Also, the reinstall was sloppily done. With the initial install all you could see were solar panels. With the reinstall they have support rails (same ones as used initially) protruding out from underneath the panels which is unsightly. Also, for $7,000 I expected a fully functioning system. When they "completed" the reinstall I tried to use an app that used to show me how well each panel was functioning. The app wasn't working. The tech told me it was a simple fix, he would order the part and would come back to install in 3 to 5 business days. Would take 5 minutes. Two weeks later and haven't seen anything. I contacted the company and was told that they would happily fix this issue for an additional fee. A further annoyance was the charging. When I discussed payment they told me I could use a credit care with a service fee of 1.75%. I told them that would be fine since I got a cash back of 1.75% on my card. When the payment went through it was for 5% even though federal law limits service fees on credit card payments to 4%. I will be working with my bank on this. Avoid All American Solar.

    Best solar company in the state! ** is a so helpful and kind. ****** and ***** are very knowledgeable and respectful. Wouldnt go anywhere else with my business.

    Bought a home with solar panels installed but the installer had gone out of business. Contacted All American Solar on the recommendation of the manufacturer. **** Z was great to work with and AAS solved our issues promptly. The technician was even able to arrive a couple days earlier than scheduled.**** R

    I purchased 28 solar panels and 4 batteries from All American Solar. Additionally, I had an older solar hot water heater removed. Then the crew attached the new panels, were able to tie in to the generator and get everything working smoothly. They were able to rush and get it done before s storm hit. The crew is fantastic and great workers and friendly.

    All-American Solar installed my system 3 years ago and I have had no problems with the quality of the materials used plus the workmanship. In the last hurricane I lost 3 panels which are about to be replaced. **** Z at All American has handled my new install from start to finish and after the initial check of the damaged system to the financing his assistance was first rate. I fully expect to work with All American in the future. **** ******

    I had issues with my gateway not downloading information to my app. **** and ****** worked in tandem to find the issue and solve it. They did a great job communicating with the Enphase tech team to pinpoint the issue and resolve it.

    I had All American come out to check out my solar panels after the Hurricane ******. The techs name was ****** and appeared to be well knowledgeable about the panels and the entire system. He checked everything for the panels to the electrical box There are other neighbors that used All American and when checking with them they are happy with the service the receive.

    My whole house system worked like a charm, and linked perfectly with my generac propane generator, when off grid for seven days because of hurricane ******. No power outage ever here. Tiny amount of gas used at night and cloudy days to keep the batteries charged.System was sized correctly and installed very professionally in summer 2022. They were willing to work with my generac people which was important to me. I would recommend the whole team.Four stars because sometimes, as noted by others, difficult to get someone down here for appointments and to remember to bring needed supplies.
