              June 19, 2023 Purchased flooring from carpet man. Arranged installation, installers came, installed, left. Floor is Not Done! I have contacted the business several times and was told they are on it and the installers will contact me. To date no one has contacted Me from installation team. My floor is not complete and no one is showing up to complete it. I feel I may have to hire another installation team and back charge carpet man for the expense.

              I visited both stores located the style of carpet I wanted, but they never returned my calls or text. After seeing the reviews I'm glad they never returned my call. What a joke R ********

              Hey ****, Thanks for taking your time to post this review. This site isn't used much in todays business world or I would have responded sooner. I'm sorry that you didn't get the kind of service that you expected. There are some jobs/installs that we choose not to involve ourselves with. I'm not sure if that is the case in your situation with the details that were in your review. I'm sure at the very least that it wasn't anything personal to you that we didn't respond to you. We are a love everyone kind of company. We are however typically very busy installing hundreds of thousands of successful jobs each month. Our BBB rating and long standing business practices have made Carpet Man Flooring the largest independent full service flooring company in the Southeast US. We have great reviews thank you very much and are one of the highest rated flooring companies in the South. When you combine that service with the volume of jobs we install everyday that makes us proud. We are a local company with a local work force that saves local folks lots of money compared to these larger chain stores that are based in other states. Anyway, we hope that you are living your best life. All the best to you and your family.
