      I purchased a product from them on Sept. 10th 2022. I got a confirmation email stating the order and I would receive an email confirming shipment with a tracking number. 5 days later I got nothing from them nor any emails. I called them and they said they were emailing the manufacturer for a timeframe. 24 hours later still nothing. Called them again and cancelled the order. Then they tell me it will take 3 weeks to get my money back. They took my money minutes after the order why so long to get back. And you should read all the reviews about this company on ur site. They are also very rude to customers. I have filed a dispute with my bank on the charge. They are a bad business ripping people off. And based on reviews I better not receive the part after I cancelled it because I'm not paying to send it back cause I cancelled the order. And it seems this is a trick they are doing. I have attached screen shots of the two emails I got from them. One is the original order and the other is the cancelation email. This way I show proof it was cancelled as so I do not pay anything else.

Unfortunately the process for refunds is manual and takes longer than the initial taking of funds. The refund can take up to 30 business days to process. We have asked that your refund be rushed. It should be available in your bank within 5-7 business days. However if you filed a dispute with the bank it can take up to 120 business days to resolve and refund. Please advise if we can assist further. The refund was completed 9.20.22

      Filed a return for a purchase made in April that was on back order. Eckler's phone service confirmed the order was canceled at the end of July. End of August, I received an email confirmation of the canceled order that it has been shipped. Called ecklers immediately to rectify the situation and they denied canceling the order and charged me anyway.

      Ordered two wheels online and paid 07/25/2022, confirmed by vendor. Waited 4 days with no shipping confirm so I contacted Ecklers Industries on 07/29/22 and was told product is back ordered with no estimated delivery date. I was not notified of a back order up-front so I asked to cancel order and refund. Received the confirmation email below: E-Mail Received on 07/29/2022 from vendor. Order********* has been canceled and your refund is processing. Ecklers is currently experiencing staffing shortages that are causing delays in the refund process. Our accounting department is working diligently to get current and please allow additional time to see your refund processed back to your original form of payment. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

No...Opened ****** Case on 08/03 with follow-ups on 08/12, and 08/16 with no reply from Ecklers Accounting. Escalated to a ****** Claim on 08/17 with still no response from Ecklers. ****** requires contact by 08/27, not 120 business days. Consumer Response /* (2000, 10, 2022/08/26) */ Credit received in full on 08/25/2022. Requested refund for back ordered item on 08/03/2022...took 15 working days to refund.

      On April 6, 2022 I placed an order to purchase a "bubble hood" with Eckler's Automotive. My credit card was charged in the amount of $1027.53 on that date. I have not received the merchandise as of today. I have contacted Eckler's Automotive several times and they tell me that it has shipped but will not tell me where it is being shipped from.

      I placed an order for 4 tires and 4 tire tubes in order number ********* I received all of the tire tubes but not the tires, on 7/29/22 I emailed and asked when the tires would be delivered and they said they would ask the manufacturer and get back to me. I did not hear back from them for a few days so I emailed them again on 8/3/22 about the tries again, they said they did not have an estimated ship date due to supply chain problems. I asked them to cancel the tires remaining on the order and just issue a refund which they said they would do. I waited a week and still didn't receive a refund so I followed up again and was told it should be processed soon on 8/10/22 reference number for credit is #********* still currently waiting for a refund. Also waiting on 2 parts to ship from another order #******** have not received email on follow up yet. At this point I would just like everything canceled that I am waiting for and my money back for what I did not receive.

      On 12/9/21, I placed an order of suspension for my Camaro with Eckler Inc. for $1965.62. I had tried to reach out between 1-2 times each month to get updates on the order and after they were never able to give me a eta. and or they said that it will be in next month I decided to cancel the order on 7/19/22. At this point they said that I will see the money within the week. I called them on 7/21/22, they said that pay pal did not work and they would be sending a check and I will see it in about a week. They had never reached out to me saying that pay pal didn't work it was only when I called to ask that they had told me. I called again on 7/28/22, I have not seen the check still and I was wondering if they had actually cut it. They said the check was cut on 7/27/23 the day before and I would be about a week before it arrives. I called them again today 8/9/22 and I still have not seen the money in any form. The first call I made today the lady said that she was going to walk over to accounting to find out more and I was put on hold. A few minutes later I was taken off hold and I heard tussling of papers over the phone but no words then I was hung up on. I called back and went through the same process as before but this time the different lady e mailed accounting, she said she would contact me when she heard back. They have still not contacted me and I asked about a tracking number and they were not able to provide one. The original order number is #******** witch was placed on, 12/9/21 the cancellation ticket number is, ******* witch was placed on 7/19/22

After a length of time of battling with them about getting the shipment and then the money back, as soon as I filed the complaint the money was in my ******* account. I am better now that the money is back with me but the way this company does business still isn't right and I should not have had to battle with them over a refund and they should have never taken the money until the part was shipped. Even after finally getting my money back I will not be doing any further business with them and I will not recommend them to anyone.

      Placed order 7/4/22 and email confirmation stated: "If an item(s) are currently unavailable you may see an authorization on your credit card, but rest assured your card will not be charged until the item(s) ship." The next day on 7/5/22 my credit card was charged $652.31. I didn't receive a shipping email so by 7/12/22 I reach out to Eckler for tracking information. They informed me the items weren't in stock and my credit card would be refunded for the amount charged. I waited a week or so and no refund posted. I contacted them again and they responded that their accounting department was short staffed. I've contacted them a total of 4 times looking for my refund. The last contact was on 8/4/22 and they told me refund would process in 24-48 hours. As of 8/9/22, still no refund. My credit card statement is now due and I will be charged interest and have to make a minimum payment if they don't post this refund. Today marks 5 weeks that my credit card was charged for a product they did not have and they have not returned my money.

      Hello BBB, I placed an order with Ecklers on June 6, 2022 and got a confirmation email back at 1:00pm mst with an order********** for a total cost of $562.83. In the email confirm it says shipping will be 3 to 7 days.. I was aware that the shipment was coming from the manufacturer and not Ecklers, per Ecklers! It's almost two months now and I have not received the product I ordered nor any communication regarding my order. On June 16th I sent an email to Ecklers Customer service asking for a status update; no reply. On June 22nd I sent a second request for a status update to customer service & sales; still no reply except for the auto-reply response that says they would get back in 24 to 48 hours (but nothing). I decided to call on July 6th to customer service and I got a nice lady on the phone named "Bridget T*****" who said she would look into it and put me on hold. She said she couldn't find a status and said she would talk with their buyers to have them contact the manufacturer. She took my email and said she would respond that way. She replied about an hour later with this: ** We apologize but at this time we are unable to obtain an ETA if you would like to contact Ecklers Customer Service back in 30 business days we would be happy to provide you with an update if available**. I sent another email to Bridget on July 14th requesting that someone look into this more seriously and if I don't hear back from Ecklers by June 20th that I was going to file a complaint with the BBB against Ecklers for piss poor customer service. Today is August 5th and I have not received my order nor ANY communication from Ecklers. ZERO communication. This is ridiculous to say the least, please help me in getting what I orderd or my money back. Thanks, *********************************************************

      Made a purchase on November 29, 2021, for products in the amount of 416.37$. Was told this product was on back-order till February. This was acceptable; however, February came and no product. Was then told end of May. May comes and still no product. Was then told September, well I decided to cancel my order in which I was told it would be issued a refund within 5-6 business day. 5-6 business days have already passed, just want my refund! Now I am being told 20 days, I just want my money bake. This company was quick to take my money, but not willing to refund it in a timely manner!

      I ordered a power steering kit Sept 2021 and was told it was in stock. Waited several months and kept getting excuses of how they were not unloading ships. Several months went by and nothing but excuses. I found the product locally so I cancelled my order and was refunded as agreed. Now today I am getting calls and letters saying my account is 90 days past due and no one seems to know anything. This needs to be resolved immediately as no product was ever received.
