            On January 20, 2022, I went to this complex website saw they had a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms townhouse available for the time frame I needed, I immediately applied for because you see I used to live there and they didn't suck much for the small time I was there. A few days went by I never hear back, so I called them over 10 times, left voice-mail but no one got back to me. I even called ******************* who is the new property manager and they told me I had to call the office. So I decided to go into the office where I talked to Kelly H***** where she told me there was no available units nor will there ever be any time soon and told me she will take care of it and would call me back and also gave me her supposed phone number. I never heard back, I called the number again and again and was never able to connect. So a few days after going to the office I went only to see if my application was canceled and refunded like promised and saw that it had been canceled so i thought oh cool Kelly H***** came through, boy was I wrong! They canceled my application, deleted it completely from their systems as it never happened and took my $255. The whole time I kept sending inquiries for updates via email, I never heard back. So I decided to try to dispute it with my bank except they're telling I don't have enough proof this incident occurred. Now I'm out of $255, with no way of getting that back because no matter how many emails I sent nor calls I made, have I been able to talk to anyone since. I called ******************* again they told me rest assured we will get to the bottom of this, it's been 3 months and I have not heard a thing. If you look at their reviews online I was not the only victim of this scam they're basically out here stealing people money.
