Sent a deceptive letter to a home address. The exterior of the letter was printed so it looked like a handwritten address. No return address was provided. The interior was designed to look like a printed out email, with a sticky on it with a representative's name and number on it. If someone uses deception on potential clients, they cannot be trusted.

Wish you could leave 0 stars! These type of people are some of the biggest scum of the earth! I would love to know who sold my information to this company! I received a letter with no return address; it was also handwritten, and the letter is actually an email from ***** to himself! Yeah, okay! I cant believe this idiot thinks people wont catch this. Who wastes their time handwriting this many letters thinking that people are going to fall for this obvious scam?

This company is worthless they don't cover anything that's wear and tear on the vehicle especially for the money they charge for premiums. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY

Receiving physical mail from this company. Where the return address should be is has my year make model then below penalty for private use $300. Never trust anything that isn’t from your manufacturer. The letter reads 3 times “EXTREMELY URGENT AND TIME SENSITIVE.” I don’t know who sold my information to them and no luck in getting my info removed of course to further prove it as a scam.

Had the most bizarre customer experience interaction ever with this company. I believe I was transferred to a manager named Mark who I was told could help with getting a discount for my car warranty extension. As I was getting ready to pay, my bank automatically declined the transaction, which then made me think twice. And, boy am I glad I did! As soon as I voiced my concerns and that I just wanted to do research before going forward the man on the phone began to gaslight and patronize me. I’ve never been so frustrated! I hung up the phone only for him to call me back and claim that he did not want to argue (which in fact he 100% absolutely did want to argue). He told me how he was personally offended that I would possibly think this was a scam and that if I need to ask any body about the services the only suitable person was him. After I said I’ve never had a customer experience from a manger like this, this man had the audacity to say he’s not in customer experience and that since the payment he attempted was declined, I’m not his customer. Therefore insinuating that he could speak to me whichever way he wanted. Even if this company is legit, I don’t know what would make him think speaking to me that way would change my mind and make me sign up with them. Guess what, bullying people doesn’t make people trust you especially when the voice their potential concerns. Absolutely psychotic.

Just like everyone else. David sent me a letter, I called, someone else answered and was super rude. When I said I didn't want a warranty, he said so what will you do when your car breaks down next month? I said I wasn't interested and he Laughed and said you bought an at risk car and don't want to cover it!? This is a scam.

I got a letter from David and it was a deceptive letter. I have been expecting a total loss check and I thought that this letter was it. It was handwritten and had a nice stamp and no return address and "auto" stamped on the bottom. Also the letter was from David to himself. I was kind of freaked out I dated someone named David and I didn't want to have to get another restraining order. The post it note didn't help. I feel very uncomfortable and upset after opening this letter. I wish there was a way they could never contact me again.

I received a piece of deceptive mail that was intended to appear legitimate. It was an "email" from Safeguard My Car to "David ******", a Director of Client Services at Safeguard My Car, likely a fictional character. The email starts off with "David, Will you please...", and ends with "Thanks, David ******...". So "David ******" is sending an email to himself with instructions to reach out to me? Absolutely pitiful. Also, anyone who has used an email client before knows that printed emails do not look like this. The document has been manipulated with my own information--first and last name, address, vehicle make, model, and year--to appear official and urgent. I am concerned for those less able to discern official business from cheap, unethical scams like this one. Whoever is writing these should be ashamed and take a course in business ethics.

THIS IS A SCAM! I've been sent several letters, postcards, etc. all with no return address from "David" declaring "urgency." I even got the handwritten envelope and post-it note one today with the fake email print out inside, the same as everyone else below. I also get a phone call once a day. I blocked the number, but "David" still leaves me voicemails. No ethical business would operate this way.
