  I hired him to replace my counter top only Upon removing counter top we found bad cabinets We (**** and I) decided to replace all cabinets I paid as we went along **** advertises as a cabinet maker installer He is a Buisness that actually buys cabinets made on a assembly type basis and then installs them himself I wanted my cabinets replaced as they were Same exact layout and design There were custom cabinets made to fit area with maximum storage and worked for 37 years He said they will be the sameDoes what wants When job complete The counter top of was ok by me But The cabinets were smaller in storage Theres dead spaces , spaces not even being utilized, between behind or in corners, because backs dont follow walls as before They are little sections u piece together and use fillers to hide gaps on fronts When top is on u dont see dead spaces He put a 4 tier shelf I didn't have before He said it looks better I had two shelves before and I only wanted that He had to modify it to be right He should have never done it on his own in first place Then over stove he put a smaller cabinet in ( smaller top to bottom )So my fan was to high up He said thats how its done I said, maybe if u put a microwave unit there but I have a fan so I need the correct cabinet there please So he removed it and put the taller one in to be original height Then I had a drawer stack cabinet I wanted back but he put a cabinet with only one drawer at top and cabinet below He just shrugged his shoulders and I still have that wrong cabinet And on dishwasher opening He put opening all to left side so when open kitchen cabinet door the vertical hinge edge of the door hits ss dishwasher door 0 space there I asked him to center the opening like it should be and it would be fine Now he wants to charge me over ****** to fix his mistake This is unfair to me The repair is 30 minutes for him to center opening This is all I asked of him ** center opening he refused

  Quality Cabinets & More completed the clients kitchen installation in August of 2023. Quality Cabinets & More and the client agreed upon replacing the 37-year-old cabinets that utilized half-overlay doors with new cabinets using full overlay doors. In order to complete the agreed upon contract and retain the 37-year-old layout, the newer cabinets had to utilize filler and spaces. The client agreed upon this at the time of the installation.Quality Cabinets & More completed two additional cosmetic services free of charge when removing a cabinet over the stove and offering the client a choice between a microwave hood or fan option. The client agreed upon a fan instead of a microwave hood and a fan hood was installed according to local safety codes. Quality Cabinets & More removed the four-tiered shelf mentioned as requested by the client and accommodated this request after the completion of the installation.(Pictured) All full overlay doors were tested and ensured to open properly per industry standards. Quality Cabinets & More reserves the right to charge for additional services after the completion of the main installation.
